Paid these cheats about $20,000 ruined my Wedding no thanks to Tanya. This place has a Evil boss who hides behind phone never gives his name out and threatens to cancel my wedding two weeks before the event. This was over a menu which they have cut in half, and their chief argued with me telling me the cost of eggs and milk have gone up when i had booked almost a year in advance. When she said that i was shocked thought it was a bad joke but they were serious check my menu which i have posted and compare it with their current menu. I had my wedding here and its by far the worst place to have a wedding no hospitality at all, all they were after is our money! I tried to lower my guest count and was told to take back my deposit and to take my business else were by the owner is a hot head and rude and unprofessional. The menu that was sold to us was for $53.95 per person and when it came time to sample our food they tried to pass us off a different menu with less food selections a good old bait and switch. They though I would forget what was on your original menu. The original menu which we choose was Persian gold package it consisted of four appetizers and not two which they tried to pass of like if nothing was wrong with that. The dinner menu was the same the original menu had two different rice dishes, fish, chicken and kabob and other dishes as well, they tried to reduce this as well on us. I asked for a wall to divide rooms and have two separate buffs and was told it was $1500 so i paid for that, and what i got on the day of the wedding was a wall and one buffet which was placed on the womens side and they opened the door from the mens side of the divider another bait and switch. Put everything in detail they are crooks and good at stealing your money for services not provided and paid for. The service was horrific in a hot august month with the weather at 98 degrees outside and even hotter inside we had to tell them to turn on the air conditioner. The appetizers ran out and were only enough for 50 guest and when confronted them to put more out more they said we ran out and should have had enough for 250 guest. The dinner was a joke they placed finger food on our guest plates, when guest would ask their rude workers who controlled the buffet services which should be self serves with the exception of meat carving they were told you can have and extra of what the guest desired. Desert was advertised as Fancy French pastry which can be seen on their Facebook post, and cake what we got was some store bought cookies which was a lie and the cake was not served until we had to ask them to do so. When asked to bring water or soda to the tables they said they ran out, at this point i knew they were doing this on purpose I mean who stops serving water throughout the wedding for god sake. They made us look like fools in-front of our guest and ran out of dinner will only placing finger food on peoples plates. How much is it for a bag of rice seriously these cheapskates are a joke I could have bought one for them myself out of all things to run low on. They did not even place naan with the dinner which is bread and cheated us out of that as well. My guest thought they would have weddings there in the future but clearly they spelled it out cheap skates and no one should ever reserve this place, avoid a disaster dont ruin your special night. Also the owner called me two weeks before my wedding threatened me to cancel if I did not accept their new menu which had less items and said to me I smelled trouble from day one how rude is that my god if he believes in one who would do something so tasteless. The owner wanted to cut the food menu in half to save on money and cheat us on what they originally advertised to us at the price of $53.95 per person No ethics here just pour treatment and good at cheating the customer. Dont be fooled by pictures its about service you are paying for and food.

If I had the opportunity to do it all again, Pacific Hills would be one of the choices I would happily repeat for my wedding. When my husband and I got engaged, the first thing we did was to visit and compare reception sites both in Orange County and Northern California. Pacific Hills will arrange every detail of your wedding if you so choose, from your ceremony, to food, to tables and chairs, tablecloths and napkins. My husband and I were heavily limited on our wedding by budget, and with Davids help, we were able to create my dream wedding without having to compromise because of budget. One of the best features of Pacific Hills is customization! We used the platinum package, which basically gives you all of their services at a specific rate, including tables, chairs, basic drinks, tablecloths, napkins, silverware, glasses, china, the wedding cake, cheese and crackers, hors deourves, and wine on the tables. We went with the buffet with three entree choices, giving us a total of three salads, three entrees, two sides, and rolls. You arent able to taste the food before the wedding due to the fact that Pacific Hills makes their own food in large quantities for events only, but I can give you a quick breakdown of what we liked and didnt like. The hors deourves were probably what we got the most praise for. We chose the mushroom salad on blinis and the beef wellingtons. There was a huge abundance of hors deourves, which I was surprised by, seeing as several weddings Ive been to have skimped on hors deourves. The chicken breast with the champagne sauce was the biggest hit of the night. The roasted red potatoes were probably the worst, and given another choice Id probably go with mashed potatoes instead. Onto the service and my personal experience. David was great and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Although we were a bit indecisive at first, David was always patient with us. David consistently worked with us to make our reception exactly what we wanted, even though we were on a budget. Our family makes their own wine, and with the platinum package David allowed us to replace the two bottles of wine on the table provided with two bottles of our own wine, and allowed us to stock the rest at the bar with no corkage fee. The other venue we considered, the Hacienda, wanted to charge us $1,200 in corkage for the same service! On our day, David was there from the moment we arrived til the moment we left, behind the scenes making sure everything ran smoothly. He made sure that my husband and I got to have some hors deourves and eat dinner (some brides and grooms are so busy they never get to eat!) Overall, we really enjoyed our wedding at Pacific Hills and would do it all again if we could!

First Ill write about my lovely experience as an attendee to a wedding at this location. Parking is plentiful, signage is quite small, but just note its literally right next to the DMV. The lobby area is beautiful with tall ceilings and the inside dining area is spacious, nice temperature inside as most women are in dresses, and the food was tasty. Bathrooms were clean and well-lit with extra knick knacks you can borrow such as a sewing kit, lotion, and etc. right by the sink. The bar is a cute little "shack style" but not the most efficient when the line wrapped around to the lobby area. A corner right before entering the dining area is perfect spot for a photo booth. Overall, I had a grand time as an attendee. Now Ill be writing about the behind the scenes. I was not one of my friends wedding coordinators, but I sat next to my friend, who was assisting with the details since the bride and groom were obviously busy. The manager came by to tell my friend that there wasnt enough food ordered so some tables didnt eat yet. Apparently the servers gave full dinner plates to children and they werent suppose to because the number of attendees were finalized a long time ago. The groom said to just order more food and pay the difference because no one should be leaving hungry. However, the banquet manager said that they dont have any more supplies. Say what?! If youre expecting people to pay for additional food, then how do you not have any?! Eventually the cooks put together some chicken, but still charged the same price for what everyone else got, which was salmon and steak. There was another instance regarding the lobby display and how the manager accused my friend of misplacing the item... Anyway, this wasnt my battle, but I felt for the bride, groom, and my wedding coordinator friend who had to deal with the negative behind the scene situations. For those wanting to host an event here, be sure to get everything in writing prior to signing anything and bring the documents with you the day of the event.
