HIRED US TO REPAIR HOMES THEN STIFFED US! Rick Lehr hired us to repair several of his homes to ready them for sale. He said he was very happy with our service. His houses sold. He recd his commission. Then he didnt pay us. He stiffed us! We are a small business and are out-of-pocket $$$ thousands of dollars for his home repairs (new appliances, paint, carpet, electric fixtures, etc.). Even after countless collection letters to him, including a complaint to the DRE, a Small Claims Court Judgment against him he still hasnt paid! Not even a dime. He owes us nearly $3,000. We hesitated in writing this review because, in reason, a bad review could deter him from selling homes meaning we wouldnt get any money from him, right?...., BUT, he has been selling homes, he also goes on lavish vacations, spends a lot of time in Tahoe, golfing, buys things (a Jacuzzi, new car, etc.), improves his own home, etc., but he hasnt paid us. Also, in dealing with him he has been arrogant, rude, doesnt return calls, and is very irresponsible. He just doesnt have very good morals. Dont trust this guy or his company, if they steep so low as to stiff a small company for his/their own benefit, he may do something similar to you...!

We chose Dixie Waechter as our realtor, and would highly recommend her to anyone. With her professional attitude and knowledge of the area and business, she answered all our questions, and stepped in to help finding help for repairs. She went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor

Just stopped by the Century 21 M & M Real Estate Lodi office, I got all my questions answered and when I get ready to buy I will definately call a realtor from that office.
