Super disappointed by the service by this facility. The only staff member that actually seems to give any concern for customers is Gabriel, shes always the only person whos helpful and courteous. Mistakes are consistently made by other staff, and they dont care to try and make right by mistakes they have made. Customer service is clearly not a strong suite by staff here. One time laundry was misplaced and sent out for delivery to another customer and billed to that customer, I have never used the delivery service however this time they decided to send it out to another customer. Laundry was eventually found. Today(thursday) laundry was supposed to be ready at 7am after being dropped off at 3pm on Tuesday, and clothing hadnt even been started and wouldnt be ready until 4, considering all of my work clothing was in laundry, I couldnt go to work, employees showed no concern, and after a heated discussion they assured me clothing would be ready by noon. When I arrive at noon clothing still not ready and told it would be at least another hour. To which was unacceptable. Gabriel offered to fold laundry and finish service immediately, shes the only staff member here who offers any service and consistent provides exceptional customer service. Due to constant issues with this facility, I would NEVER suggest anyone to use services offered here and cannot see myself returning here again.

I have been to spin cycle across town a few times as well who uses the card system and In regards to that, I would have to say prefer the card system better, as I lose the extra coins easily when I have extra to take home. The only thing is that the card system charges you for the card. Over all, compared to spin cycle, I feel the 3 load front loaders have less options for washing and wash my clothes were less clean. They do have lots of machines and lots of dryers. It is pretty busy here, but I have never had a problem getting to a machine. Overall this place is clean, The parking is easy in the back and on the street. Every time I go there, I am searching not only for baskets, but also a basket that I can take outside as some of the vertical poles are too long to pass the door. So I wish there were more baskets around. For the most this place is huge, has a great kids playing area and lots of TVs. I felt that if you forgot something you could get it from the vending machine, which is crazy expensive. I also once forgot my woolite and I wish they dedicate one slot in the machine for woolite.

There are tons of laundry mats in the area but Super Suds is the best! There are plenty of WORKING washers and driers. If you have issues with any of their machines they are glad to help or get you moved on to another one. There are always several friendly staff members on site so you never have to worry about calling a number and waiting for a refund or help! Bring Toto, he cant come into the main laundry area but they have an area in the back where you can wash him. If you dont feel like doing your own laundry you can drop it off with them and pick it up later. What more do you want.... gotta do laundry? Give them a try!

My favorite spot to wash great all around clean even a small area for the kids to play 2 small off street parking lots a dog wash games TV and Free coffee with someone always there to help they also have postal mailing boxes (P.O. BOXES) for resonible prices I used to wash our extra large floor mats in their large industrial washing machines

You know i had never been here before and can say I was impressed at the cleanliness of the location with the amount of fit traffic they receive. You can drop off your clothes and get them washed through their services, or simply do it yourself. Also the price is a little higher, but definitely worth it for the comfort and cleanliness.

First time here and i had a grate experience they have a wide variety of washers from 2$, 4$, 5$ & 8$ & dryers are only 25 cent veary clean. Nice/friendly staff i enjoyed my stay here and they have a rewards program so thats a plus not to busy but its a grate place to get your laundry done, no Wifi but that wasnt a problem.

Whats not to love about this place? They have a fluff and fold service in house,Many T.Vs for you to relax and watch, AND nice safe environment,good prices for the machines,and if you have kids,this is a good safe place for them to play video games and other activities for all to enjoy.

Very clean! immaculate! I really love the fact that they have staff who are ever so nice and polite. Always making the customer. You will never lose your money in their machines like other places, and I love getting the deals. Always a great deal at this laundromat.

Not a bad laundromat, overall, but it is expensive. Plenty of different sizes of washers and everything takes tokens. You can buy tokens with cash or card and they have a dog washing service in the back. Parking is very limited.

Visiting from East Coast. Had a small load to wash that got wet at theme park. Manager was helpful & friendly. Very clean, easy to find. Machines operate on tokens. Large variety of machines to choose from.

I go here because its close to my house , but it is pretty expensive. They offer free coffee which is cool, but thats pretty much it. The staff is nice too.
