My short hair is very hard to cut well because of so many weird cowlicks, so I need someone who is very skilled. I read lots of reviews of lots of hairdressers and I decided to try Lisa. We chatted about my weird hair and the look Im going for. She didnt ask me to show her pictures (an amateur move, in my book), she just got to work. And Im really, really happy with the result. I stopped at the market on my way home and the cashier complimented my hair! In addition to Lisas skill, I like the ambiance of the salon. I like being offered a beverage in a real glass or mug. Theres art by local artists on the walls. The place has a cool vibe. Im a happy girl.

I have been going to Shelley at Lisa Lisa for over two years. I like her work with my hair so much that my husband now goes to Shelley as well as a few of my friends. I have fine hair, and Shelley has always styled my hair really well--better than anyone else I have been to. When I started coming to her, my color was almost a "peanut butter" shade, which completely washed-out my complexion. She changed that immediately! Since our stylist-client relationship, Ive been getting more compliment on my hair color (which now has the dark red highlights that are more natural to my coloring. I cannot recommend Shelley highly enough!

This salon is fabulous. I was referred to Lisa and have been so happy ever since my first appointment. My cut, color and highlights always look fabulous. I constantly get compliments on my hair and it is all due to Lisa and the way she is intuitively knows what to do. Also, I usually am coming to my appointment from work and sometimes run late. Lisa never makes me feel bad, I can sense the smile and peace in her text when she tells me not to rush. I am so grateful for to have Lisa as my stylist. You must try:)

Shes a fab colorist and stylist. The salon is super easy to find with a big parking lot in the back and in a lovely location in Los Altos.
