This place is the worst place to bring your car. Very bad customer service. The only reason I took my car there was because my insurance company sent me there. They are only looking to make as much money as possible! They kept saying that damage was not going to be covered through my insurance, so that they could make money from the insurance company and milk money from me as the customer! They took a whole week to have a mechanic look at my car. They wanted it to sit there because they make money by the day for having my car stored there. When I questioned their integrity the man became very hostile and said things like "no matter what were going to make money ether way" "Its not my fault you got in an accident " "oh well you shouldnt have got in an accident" I then requested my car be sent to another shop Pacific Ellite in Downey where the service was outstanding! Very fast and quick and the damage that A&B was trying to charge me for was actually covered by my insurance through the tests that they perform to determine if its accident related or not. So A&B lied when they said it wasnt covered! They are crooked thieves. They tried to steal my money while charging the insurance company also they took forever to transfer my car so they could be paid storage fees and they stole my spare tire right from my car! Im pretty sure they do "good work" but believe me they only care about money you would more likely get faster cheaper service somewhere else. If you notice a lot of the good reviews are done by family members or friends be aware of these crooked thieves. Id just go somewhere else. My experience Pacific Ellite was the best They gave me a time frame and it was done within two weeks as they stated where these guys said it would be a month maybe longer! Thieves!! They love those storage fees, lol dont be a sucker. When I stood up for myself I got insulted and my tire stolen. My rear bumper was slightly cracked on the left side when I took it in and that was not due to my accident but when I saw my car after they had it in their possession chunks of paint were taken off and it was extremely cracked all over! My 8 year old son even noticed the damage and asked what happened! My opinion they were upset that I didnt want their service and I called them out on their BS! Dont step foot in this place.

I have taken two cars here to have work done over the last few years, the first one I was quoted a very reasonable price and then a day after I dropped the car off they called to say a repair couldnt be done and a replacement wing would be needed instead. They didnt charge anymore and honored the original price; even though the replacement wing/painting was far more expensive than the repair and respray originally quoted for. The second body work experience was very good as well: Quick, great value and the car was returned looking spotless on the outside with a pretty impressive detail on the inside as well-of a higher quality than when I get my car back from a hefty/pricey service at the Lexus dealer. The extent of how impressed I am with the overall experience with these guys is when I get work done on my car prior to selling it in the near future I will go back to them - even though I have moved over 400 miles away to Northern California as I know I will get a fair & honest price, great service and top quality workmanship

So far not having a great experience...my car was taken to this body shop a week ago, never called me to confirm they received it. When I called I was asked to send the estimated report from my insurance and you guys did not responded back. I called 3 times different days to ask for status and the same respond to my calls the person in charge was unable at the moment and will call me back, he never did. My husband called back complaining then it was told that they would barely ask for the parts of the vehicle then they will call when the car would be ready...after week finally ordering the parts??? Not good for me that I am driving a car rental... Customer service not good at all. Hope my car get fixed soon and in a great condition...so I might change my review...but so far..not bueno...

1. tried to give car back before color sanded good enough.... BAD ORANGE PEEL on 3 pannels. 2. painted entire side of car but not the ground effect pannel ??? didnt even try to buff it and match it ? just left a bunch of sticky tape residue for me to deal with.. 3. some white paint overspray on the roof? my car is black! 4. just very bad QC as far as paint matching goes. IMO the entire rest of the car should have at the very least been polished/waxed some how to at least try and match ... THE GOOD - body work is good, fixed a tail light thats been giving me crap for over a year.

I took my car is not too long ago and they gave me the worst service ever it took him up to a month just to fix a bumper I had to keep on bringing my car back cuz they never got the job done correctly dont fix one thing and messed up another thing the customer service is horrible they said theyre going to give you a call back but never do you really have to be calling them to check up on your car. I had to pick up my car and find out that they never did the wheel balance or alignment Please do not go there take your business somewhere else save yourself the hassle

Well they told me it was going to take 7 days they took 1 month. Crazy huh then they lost my shift piece how that happend? The guy said its going to take 2 days to order it from Acura dealers its been two weeks. I would like to tell people to go there but the only way I would is by the manager to contact me please and we can talk thanks have a great day. Finally got my shift piece thanks guys finally happy. ok now that it stared to rain my whole truck is wet please fix this is not right

LOVE this body shop!! My car was an absolute mess when I took it in for repairs. They had my car ready within the week. A year later, my car had an alternator issue related to the crash area and Devin did NOT hesitate to get in touch with my insurance to get this repaired. I will definitely be recommending them
