bad customer service! i made an appointment for prom a week before..and i showed up and did not get attended until an hour after and this lady comes in with 2 kids for a haircut like after an hour wait and they attended her before me while my appointment was an hour before and the lady totally messed up my hair and my extensions...1. she didnt do my hair as i asked and made th curls too tight that my hair looked so short and then when i tried removing my hair style..my hair was sooo tangled to my extensions that i was up for 30 min after prom detangling it and so much hair fell off and ruined my etensions...it was really bad it ruined my prom and i just removed the pins and just let my hair down and it looked a lot better than how she did it..

My cousin went in with curly long brown hair and wanted it blonde, worst choice she ever made they totaly messed it up they made her hair orange and cut it to her chin because it was burnt Omg she cried for days
