The experience is so Bad .. that I will advice everyone to if possible not to go this centre.. These guys are worst... With me they agreed(director her self agreed) on amount I have to pay when I was pulling out my kid from kindercare .. after paying that amount also I have a ICsystem derogatory comment on my credit history saying that I have to pay the rest amount... Seriously.. without talking to me these guys after 1 year .. updated my credit history.. now I have to call ICsystem couple of times to remove it..

The hardware of this daycare is very good. However, Director of the mountain view center should care about their teachers instead of just focusing on bringing more kids and earning big bucks! Also, for parents, I would highly encourage you to send you little ones to home based daycare, since they have a low staff-kids ratio and therefore your babies will be taken good care of.

The experience with this day care turned out to be quite disappointing! They do not do their job and let my child cry for hours! As a parent, I dislike their "cry-it-out" strategy very much!
