STAY AWAY - This business gets an "F" on Better Business Bureau website and for good reason. There are a number of other complaints against this dry cleaner in the "service quality" category from the Better Business Bureau. The BBB plaque on the wall is a complete fake; the business is not accredited. I had used this service for over a year with a considerable amount spent on laundry / dry cleaning. Today, I received my shirts back with BLEACH on them. 3 beautiful shirts absolutely ruined. The owner would not admit responsibility and tried to blame it on "sweat". I am a grown professional with many years of doing laundry. I know sweat and I know bleach. Ive NEVER had shirts come back like this. I asked for compensation for the shirts; he offered credit for more dry cleaning. I offered him a chance to make it right and told him that I dont think that credit is fair; I am no longer comfortable in using his dry cleaners. STAY AWAY There are lots of great dry cleaners in the area. Please do not use this service if you expect clothes to come back without damage. There is a lot more to this terrifying experience. Dont bring your stuff here if you care at all about your clothes or your sanity!!! I dropped off a dress in Early December for an alteration on the hem...I come in to pick up the dress a couple weeks later... he loses the dress. He tells me that he does not have it. I think Im going crazy because I cant find it... he calls me two months later telling me he found the dress, and I can pick it up. I go into pick it up, he gives me a slightly discounted rate, I pay, walk out. Check the hemline, and it is obvious that the dress has not even been altered... there were two small holes near the base of the dress that I asked for him to cut off and bring the hemline up. Are you KIDDING me?!?!?! How does this guy stay in business????

In all my four years of residing here, I have never met a better dry cleaner. Friendly, engaging, and professional. He has also played dress designer for me when I had to go to a wedding and wanted to repurpose two dresses. He had very good ideas on how to re-stitch the dresses based on my body type. Hes always asking me how Im doing, and about my life, and if he doesnt see me for awhile, he asks me where and how Ive been.

TERRIBLE DAMAGE - Clothes came back with awful bleach stains. The owner failed to admit to mistake or compensate. After years of doing laundry and dry cleaning service, this was completely heart-breaking. Go to a fair and professional place. This place will cost you more than you can imagine with damaged clothing.

I have never experienced a problem with this dry cleaner and recommended to many friends who are also very satisfied. He is picking up clothes weekly already for 2 years and always ok for rush services and their prices are unbeatable.
