I wouldnt consider myself a graphic designer, but I can manipulate things to make it look like I know what Im doing--therefore Ive been assigned the task to create flyers and postcards to advertise community events and programs for my church and the student club that I advise where I teach. Over the past several years Ive been utilizing a major copy chain and the workmanship is great but very costly. I searched for a new place to have this years flyers printed out for our Annual Community Thanksgiving Feast where we feed the homeless and families who are struggling on Thanksgiving Day. I spoke to Mr. Johan and shortly after, I emailed PDF and Jpeg files to recreate advertising articles for this event. What I immediately liked about Mr. Johan was that he was attentive and very personable. I was sold--no matter what price he quoted me because I could sense that it was genuine. He advised me on what I needed to do to ensure that he could produce quality prints and gave me a superfast turnaround time. His business is Corporate Printing--which I can imagine they complete massive printing projects--and my needs were very small--but he treated it just as though he were handling a big job. He went above and beyond what I expected and I will be taking all of my major printing projects to him from here on out! Hands down, you cant beat this kind of service. It is evident that he really enjoys what he does and more importantly, seeing satisfied customers. Throughout my educational career, I have used many printers for activities I have been involved in. This ranges from printing banners for Pep Rallies in high school to printing magazines during my tenure as Editor in Chief of the Stanford Review, a student publication at Stanford University. During my time at the Review, we have used Up2U Print. "Wow!" is the best word I can use to describe the companys service. Johan was extremely accommodating to our needs, insisted on only delivering the best quality magazines, and was able to offer very competitive pricing. Recently, we needed several large posters made for an important media event we were planning. I had the signs made well in advance but due to an error on my part, the signs did not come out as expected. No matter how horrible a customer I can be(wrong uploads, late min orders, and special bulk sizes), Up2U handles me and my non-profits request with care and superior execution. We are working at a company in the UK and needed a rush print job done in San Francisco. Mimeo let us down and through a recommendation we went to UP2U. They printed what we needed within a few hours on a Friday and then arranged for UPS to deliver it to a hotel for Saturday am. However rather than leaving it at that they then maintained a watch on UPS and discovered that due to a big storm it wouldnt be delivered in time and so cancelled UPS and organised a courier and got what we needed in time. What was nice about this experience is that their costs were really good.

He had some extra material left from another job, which normally wouldve cost us more, but he offered us a discount as our order was small and could be printed on the remaining material. Hes also knowledgeable enough to advise on paper types and make informed recommendations. I highly recommend!

All the staff were so helpful. I wanted a large (40 inch) color print of a high resolution digital file of an 1830 map of Paris I had downloaded from the web. The result was excellent in paper choice, resolution and color accuracy. Very impressed.
