Valverde School of Performing Arts (VSPA) is a studio unique to all other studios in the inland empire as it is multi-dimensional and family/community-based. There are a myriad of classes offered from Monday through Saturday to recreational or aspiring singers, dancers, and actors from the ages of three to adult. The wealth and diversity of courses are unparalleled in the inland valley. There are also multiple opportunities for students to perform throughout the year ranging from recitals to performance groups to full out spectacular theatric shows. The studio is family owned and operated by owners who sincerely care about the children and their families. This is evidenced by the quality of the facility itself. It is evident when you walk into the studio that much thought was given to the comfort of the students and their families (i.e. two waiting rooms including monitors with real-time video streaming from every classroom, WiFi,, play area for toddlers). The owners are involved in every aspect of their business, but always find time to give a kind greeting or answer a pressing question a parent may have. They have demonstrated grace and kindness to parents during challenging times or situations, always remaining professional. When you walk through the front doors, the family spirit permeates the studio. It’s not uncommon to have multiple siblings enrolled in courses and even parents taking dance courses and performing in shows. During recitals and performances, parents are often encouraged to volunteer, which adds to the family spirit and success of the shows. VSPA has been recognized by RC City Hall and is admired and recommended by many local businesses. There is no perfect person or business, but VSPA comes very close to this high standard.

The fact that we would rather drive 20 more minutes to music schools in Clairemont rather than to see the old mans face should tell you enough! Horrible customer service,,, they like to bill you for classes that you dont take and if you decide to suspend the classes for 4 or 5 months they will charge a fee to "update" their files! give me a a break! The old man should not be there, he is very rude and disrespectful to parents and children and he also likes to belittle people,, absolute worst customer service ever,, I wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy. save yourself the trouble and find another school. You dont want your children to lose the joy of music thanks to this people. Im not the only person that has this problem with them, check the other bad reviews in Yelp.

Great class and options. But this place is more business oriented than customer oriented. I took my daughter for a trial class and then paid for the registration and the class for July. After the second class I went I let them know that she was not interested in the class and she was not coming back at list to that class. I just got a bill for the month of and it says that I am late. They do not send statements for the month until the bill comes late? That is not right at all and even worse when my daughter has not show up to August classes and let them know she was not coming back to that class.

Honestly I was sitting at the dinner table telling my son how excited I was about him starting the classes. We just went in to get on a waiting list for Theater classes and Choir classes. I get a call from Mr.Valverde and wow is he rude! All the reviews that you read about him are true. Sure it might be seem great but you better hope there is never a mix up of any because he has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I told him "WOW ALL THE REVIEWS I READ ABOUT ARE TRUE" he said "WELL NO BUT IF THATS HOW YOU FEEL, THERES NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT." His staff is great but he is THE WORST!

Very bad customer service. They took away 2 piano lessons from me and did not schedule the class. By the time we went they said Trin Valverde, the father of owner did not do it. After I paid the money, he said just come on that day but obviously he didnt. Their business should close down by BBB for treating customer rudely, unprofessionalism and disrespectful. They just took the money without giving service.

I love this place!! Theres an area for your little ones to watch tv and play or for the parents could watch their kids on the security cameras tv!!The teachers are outgoing, loving,hard working , and nice!!
