DO NOT trust this place with dry clean only comforters! Ive used them over the years for clothing and the job is only fair, but OK since its the only dry cleaner in my area. They charge too much, but so does everyone in this area since we are out so far from town. I try to do business with local businesses, so I brought a comforter in to be cleaned. The only spot on the comforter was "drool". I pointed it out to them. She said dry cleaning will do the job but the cost was $35. I said that is OK. When I picked it up, no one mentioned anything to me about not getting this comforter cleaned. I went to put in on our guest bedroom and saw it was exactly like I had brought it in. It does not smell like its been cleaned. I know they dont do the actual cleaning there in this store, so went in to ask she send it in again. She started to argue with me to say she was insulted. I told her I am not blaming her, I know they send everything out. She refused to send it in again unless I signed a release allowing them to wash it where it would most likely shrink. When other customers walked in, then and only then did she say to leave it and she would send it in. By then, my trust in her and this business was ruined. I asked for a refund, she refused. I will take it somewhere else. I will never use their service again.

I have taken all of my dry cleaning clothes here for many years and have not ever had one problem. My clothes always come back clean and look great. The service is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Oh yea I am very picky about my stuff and if I pay for a service I expect it done right. They deliver always.

Dont understand negative comments. Place is clean, customer service is normal meaning good. Price was great. Its in a remote area so price is not competitive but normal priced. Were you all expecting a song and dance with free service. Overall perfect!
