I just found this place, but I think theyve been open for a while now. The girl that helped me was very polite. The best thing about this place is that they get their new releases before Redbox and Netflix. Today I rented Kong Skull Island!!! & I have Fate of the Furious on hold, since all the blurays were checked out. All I needed to get my membership was my ID.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would because they dont even deserve one star with their horrible customer service. Rude and unfriendly staff, I dont understand how theyre still in business. Stick to Redbox, because Redbox doesnt give you an attitude like the employees at Planet DVD do.

Great selection. Good prices and students get new rentals on Tuesdays for .99. The only negative is the staff is a little unfriendly but I definitely recommend this location for rentals.

Good place for movies, but the customer service is horrible. The only reason i go back is because i live half a block away. Chk out star video, all around great video store.
