I brought my car in because it was having issues overheating. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they diagnosed the problem and were very honest and kind when they told me i needed a new lower intake manifold gasket, they told me they didnt have room to store my car inside over night and they asked if i could bring it back in the morning which i appreciated because i didnt want my car left outside. I brought it back the next morning, they told me it would be finished the following day, they made room for in inside that night, On the following day the owner Bobby called me at 11:30 and informed me that my car was finished, when i went down to pick it up they informed me it was going to be $35 less then what i was quoted because they were able to pick up the gasket a little cheaper than expected, i really appreciate this guys, every little bit helps.! Thank you soo much Arlington Auto Repair you guys are the BEST!!!! :)

worst place to take your car the man was charging me $35 for fuel filter labor included and when i went to pick it up he told me it was $78 and when i was about to tell him the original price he gave me he just snapped cuzing at us screening told me to come back with out my mom so we can talk pointed his finger at me in a way that he wanted to punch me just because i did not want to get the car fixed. if it wasnt for my mom there would have been an issue i recorded the conversation from original price to the discussion dont go there this is the second time i got ripped off by this guys might as well try another place dont come to them i filed a report on them threatening me to come back with out my mom come on.

I have been going to Bobbys shop for a few years already. He is the best Mechanic I know. I live in Perris and although I have several auto shops right around the corner, I rather go to Bobby. He has always done a great job on my car. I would follow him everywhere he goes no matter how far I have to drive because he does great work on my car. I trust him and I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I dont care what anyone says , To me, hes the best car mechanic I know and I would highly recommend him and I have. I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

Bobby Poe and his crew have been doing maintenance and any major work on my Toyota since about spring 2012 when it needed a rebuilt engine. I have found Bobby to be respectful, professional, always willing to answer questions, thorough, reliable, and honest. With them there is no such thing as telling you you need a repair you dont need; each situation is explained so you can make your own decision. This is my "go to" place to get my car checked when engine light comes on, etc. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I highly recommended this business.

Starter died at 76 station next door. Owner of this garage came over w tools in hand and knocked the starter. It worked on starting the Honda Odyssey. We went next door to his garage and he knocked out replacing the starter for a decent price. He was no BS. Hard 2 find honest automotive garages these days. We found him by accident, but now we have an honest place to recommend and have our cars worked on.

If you want work done in a timely fashion, this is not the place to go. I had somebody go to check on my car and the owner, Bobby, was standing around during their normal business hours drinking a beer. I was told my car will be done a week ago and hes still saying hes working on it. Unacceptable professionalism. Im disappointed. Last time as their customer.

I have been taking my cars to Bobby and Paul for several years. Most recently they repaired a head gasket on my truck, I have a collectible car , A chrysler TC by Maserati. Parts are hard to find but they have always found a way. They are great guys and fair. I wouldl not take my cars anywhere else.
