Dont walk... RUN away from this and all Save On Cleaners. I recently moved my cleaning business from the Rocklin Save Ons at Park and Sunset Blvd. and they are exactly the same way. Ive had problem after problem such as: *Rarely open on time (should be open at 7:00 during the week, but opens at 9:00 am) *Reuses drycleaning solution (pants come back with dirty, musty, unclean smell) *Shirt callers dirty (time and time again Ive asked to pretreat or just clean the shirt callers. Yet, every single time, they always come back dirty. This was the straw that did it. Just today I was told that I should expect that level of cleaning service by the guy who worked there. Dont believe me, just have a dress shirt cleaned here then check the caller.)

I took a pair of jeans and a shirt here to be starched and pressed and asked for the "cowboy" starch. I explained that the jeans needed to be stiff as card board. The young lady at the counter must not have known how the location that does the actual work has no clue what cowboy starch means. I was offered to send them back and done again, but I needed the jeans and shirt the next day for a wedding.The store was prompt, but not the right place to get your clothes starched for the rodeo. Looking for a new place.
