This was my barber shop for me and my children for approximately 4 yrs. I went as often I could and when I moved 12mi away I continued to go to them for our hair cuts. Everyone there had good to great customer service with a "your amongst friends" kinda of feel. Unfortunately things have changed, now I have never had to post a review but after going there my last 3 visits there is definitely change in the unwelcoming vibe in the room. You have "make" eye contact with a barber to see if theyre interested in cutting your hair and when I finally got someones attention it was only to be told "this is my last head then Im leaving to Stockton" by one barber. Which in itself is kind of understanding...you have plans. But then trying to make eye contact with other barbers who were obviously trying their best to not see me. Then finally catching one in passing I say "excuse me, excuse me are you still cutting"? Only to be told "Im done cutting heads today in a short, brief, and detached way. Mind you I drove 12mi one way for this experience. I used to like the vibe here...the chess games amongst fellow brothas, good jokes, and like I said family feel to it. But now it feels off based, entitled, and constantly rotating in new barbers that dont understand how to connect with ALL customers...either way it is no longer worth my time or hard earned money. Get a cut here if you dont mind the mistreatment.

I drove up 4 hours from central California picking up my son for his spring break. My son being a teenager that he is was pretty picky with his hair cut style so I took him to the Barbar shop close by. As soon as soon as you walk in, there was no eyes contact, greet, or acknowledge from any employees that work there. They would finidh their cut, sweep the floor and fix their hair. I waited 30 minutes until I left to the one across the street call "Fly Cuts & Styles". The employee there make eyes contact and greet me right away.This was my first visit to both barber shops. I know which one I am not taking my son back to or recommend anybody to. Work on your customers service Clean Up Nice Barber Shop.

Not once but twice I walked in no one spoke or looked up tried to give them a chance. A guy walks in they greeted him everything being a single mom taking her son to get haircut in room full of men is uncomfortable as it is. Fact is I know the owner apparently he does the same. I would never recommend them. They need to learn customer service skills!!! Sad you try to support this is what you receive

Horrible service, they are extremely rude. They are slow. They take more breaks then they do hair. Cant take constructive criticism. Dont worry about upping their skill. Rarely do speciality cuts. Seems as of when it gets crowded they all go on lunch or smoke breaks. Not professional at all and have nasty attitudes.

These guys are the masters of fades. They blend like nobodys business. Cool shop, cool guys, good prices. No nonsense...they just give you a great cut and send you on your way. Do it!
