Worst cleaner ever. DO NOT GO. If i can give negative rating, I would. Live in Downtown/MidTown Sacramento. They came pick up two items and lost them/never delivered. They claimed to have delivered it on Dec 20th, but now its first week of January. Called Multiple times and requested them to call me and sort things out. The owner/management Shawn/Sean never called back. They even have the balls to charge my Credit card 42 dollars for 2 coats. Rude, unprofessional, overpriced. This store should go out of business. *** Jan-10-11**Update: Mr Cho managed to find my coats, and called me eventually to offer an apology. So i will change the rating to 3/5. I appreciated his sincere efforts in making things right.

If you are looking for cleaners that get the pickup day incorrect, blame you, and have no interest in even acknowledging let alone an offer of apology, then you have found the right cleaners. Dropped off two suits on Tuesday for same day service and told it wouldnt be ready for pickup until Wednesday. Told me my wife told them the wrong day, but my wife knew I flew the next day. Mistakes happen but the lack of caring in any way wasnt worth it. Good news about 4 other cleaners all within a mile; maybe someone else will want to win some business.

Newbold dry cleaner is the worst service at a dry cleaners that I have ever received. They are rude and not customer service oriented. The charged for pressing the pants when they were not done. The clothes were never ready when they said that they would be. They made no effort to aplogize for there service and acted like you should be happy for what you are getting. I will never use them again and would not suggest anyone else do so either. If there were no stars they would get no stars.

They are very friendly local business with drive-through. Also send out coupons every month-very helpful in this economy. They have 3 for 2 pants deal for regular 2 days services so I find them very good. I am disseapointed that Mr.Brent Newbold who is a previous owner rates 1star & mentioning not to be confused with his business above. Very annoying & rude-if u really loved this store you made, then you should wish New World the best.

Horrible cleaners. Rude, disrespectful, and extremely poor at dry cleaning. My clothing smelled of chemicals and I complained. They said they didnt want my business after that, rather than apologizing and trying to correct the problem. I strongly recommend that you avoid this business at any cost.

I dont own wool pants. Interesting that I got charged extra for something I dont have. I went back and got my clothes after I looked at the bill. Went home and checked, and as I thought none of my pants are wool. I wonder how many people they have done to?

It is 6:30. "What time do you close?" "We close at 7 - but we can stay open later if you need to pick up or drop off". It is the most attentive and friendly businesses I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend.

A very bad cleaner, not only they damaged my expensive clothes, when I complaint about the damage, they didnt accept and instead tried to come up with excuses, very bad management. Never go there again.
