Ive been to this place a few times before, and usually the staff is friendly enough.This time, however, I came in to find that they had hired a new barber, and this guy spent the entirety of the time I was there shouting frankly annoying toilet-humor insults back and forth with the broom boy. Dont get me wrong, I do my fair share of swearing, but this was like listening to, within the span of about an hour, every bad and unfunny homophobic and vulgar insult anyone ever made in a middle school locker room. This went on to the point that he was too distracted to hear me say (twice) to not take too much off the top. Disappointed with my haircut and the service. I had high hopes for making this place my go-to, but Im finding another place next time.

I had a simple all around haircut. I Asked him for a design at the back of my head. He said okay that he got me. At the end of the design I looked and there was a (V) and a rainbow over (V). I asked him what kind of design was that, He said something something :( He Made me very upset. He said that he is working on his designs that he will get better. I would have preferred him to tell me that before he did this design I would have decided not to do it. Im really really upset because I was charged $17 for this really BAD DESIGN!! Simple haircut. :(:(:(:(:(

I recently moved from NYC to Roseville CA and was afraid I wouldnt be able to find any good, affordable barbers in the area. I was in San Francisco on a vacation a few months ago and paid $60 dollars for a haircut (ridiculous!). The barbers at Prostate Barbershop are professional, friendly, talented, and best of all they only charged $22 (at the time of writing this review) for a haircut. I showed up when they opened because I didnt make an appointment and Anthony cut my hair before any of his customers came in. It only took him 30 minutes to cut my hair and he did an excellent job! I highly recommend him. My fade and shapeup were in point!

These guys are complete garbage... extremely unprofessional, every other word that comes out of their mouths is a cuss word, dont expect to be cut at the scheduled time of your appointment, you should expect at least a 15 minute delay, they take a long time to cut you to do a horrible job, especially darrien, couldnt even line me up right, ended up bringing my line way back and rounding it. He also started trimming my mustache and beard without even asking if I wanted it trimmed which I didnt.. Charging $22 for absolute crap. Do not come here if you know whats good for you.

They saw us on short notice so thats why they got 3 stars. The place had a very odd smell to it. I didnt like the haircut my son received so we arent returning. Also I understand men arent as social as women but please when someone enters your shop, greet them, offer a seat. People just stared at us. While I waited for my son, I watched a barber do a GREAT job on someone else. Wish I couldve scheduled with him. I didnt get names. The talented barber was younger in maybe his early 30s. The one who cut my son was an older gentlemen.

My family started coming here over 15 years ago to get my little brothers hair cut. Chris was cutting my brothers hair then and now hes cutting my sons hair. We brought my son to Chris for the first time right after he turned 2 and now hes 4. Chris does a great job with my son. Hes super patient and makes sure to keep my son involved in the whole process. I definitely recommend the barbershop and Chris for your next line up.

I took my five year old son here for a cut today. The wait was fairly short and the service was excellent. I showed Corey a picture of what my son wanted and he made it happen. He wasnt quite sure it was long enough on top for what my son wanted so he asked the other guys what they thought and took the extra time to make sure to get the double cowlick to stay down. Great experience. Ill be taking my son here from now on.

Im here from Albuquerque attending a wedding and need a haircut on a short notice. I made an appointment and had my hair cut by Chris (the owner). I havent had a haircut done this well for a longtime. Thank you for getting me in and for a great haircut. Best of all we had a great conversation. I will highly recommend Prostyle, just wish you guys were in Albuquerque!

Been coming here for 15 years now. Always great service. I live all the way by Sac State and still only go to this place for a cut. The quality is A-1. The atmosphere is respectful and kid friendly. Always a welcoming feeling there. In my opinion it is definitely the spot to get haircut.

I asked for a specific haircut for my son and instead of the barber telling me he didnt have the skills to do the haircut , he did it anyways and its definitely not what I asked for ....not only that he charged me $17 and I was unsatisfied
