Ive known the owner "Chava" since 5 and Ive seen him start at this place as a worker. Years past and he later got his own shop, only to end up taking over the same area he was cutting my hair as a kid and transferring to the next building for whatever reason. Ask for the homie Tao. Great and halarious guy! Guy knows Spanish good!
