I love this place and the barbers are fantastic. I have no complaints on the service but I am mainly writing this review because I have gone here 3 separate occasions 1 week 2 weeks and 4 months a part and they never have Layrite in stock for their clients any more!! They have it advertised on their window that they both sell and use it for their customers!!! I am a bit upset about this because when I get a fresh cut at a place like this I want to have my hair perfect and they stick by what they say, in this case supplying their new cut heads with Layrite. It seems like the owner or manager is neglecting this because even the barbers dont even know what happening and they have also requested for their shop to get stocked up again. Dear owner or manager: I am writing this to get YOUR attention. Dont slack on the Layrite and listen to your barbers and your clients because this would be a deal breaker for me and probably some others that care about quality service.

Great customer service, Roland was great and attentive to my needs. Offered me a drink in this heat, washed and cleaned my hair, and used good products before shaving my face and head, he finished off by massaging my head with a warm damp towel after the shave. I feel no irritation at all. My hair cut (taper) was impeccable. Just perfect. My beard on the other hand i didnt love so much, but its only a matter of personal aesthetics, not skills. I will be back and hope that with time we can understand each other and get the beard down the way I like it. Great Job guys. Your running a fine shop. Music is great,the environment and energy is amazing. I went in their to relax and get a good cut after work, and thats exactly what I got. You earned a customer today. P.s. I only waited about 5 minutes. I think half the people complaining about the wait show up last minute, that is not the shops fault. You snooze you loose.

Absolutely the best barbershop ive ever been to, all the barbers are top notch and extremely professional Danny and my personal barber Abraham should be considered artist for the designs they can create on a persons head!!! Sofie, who is an absolute sweetheart, cuts my 3 year old sons hair! Now my son loves going to the barbershop! Goerge, the owner is a really good guy and runs an outstanding business right in the heart of rejuvenated downtown santa ana california! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Place is too small and wait time is crazy. There were about 2 barbers there not wanting to cut hair because they were waiting on their client who was late for the appointment. My opinion is that those guys were just snobs or they didnt feel like working. First time there and I am not coming back. Faded barber on Bristol is more friendly.

I was so hungry, but looking for a cute, urban, healthy, and delicious restaurant... I DEFINITELY recommend this place. Its delicious, 10$ per plate AND its a big plate, satisfying, and super cute. I had to go back!! Customer service is also amazing! It was my first time there & the people were so helpful and kind.

Honestly its not a bad shop, only complaints is the barbers have a tendency to stop cutting hair and play on their smart phones. Also one barber complain to another barber that all i wanted was a number 2. Umm i am the client i decide how i want my hair. Ill go else where. Didnt feel very welcome to be honest

These guys are very disrespectful to their clients, i hate it when they stop cutting your hair to talk to each other and most of those guys do the same thing, they dont know if their clients are in a hurry or hungry, im never going to go back there, it happens the same thing everytime

Got my haircut here last Saturday and the barber did an excellent job! Have been getting compliments at work with my new hair style. I also have my kids get their haircut here too. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Very professional barbers with friendly atmosphere!
