called barber shop at around 10am on 10/18/2016 to make 2 appoinments for 4 pm but then was told by the person who picked up the phone that he had to check with the barber to see if any appoinments are already scheduled he went to check, he came back and said that my barber had an appointment at 4 so they gave me the option of 4:45 so i said yes then they said for my brother he would go right after at 5:30 for my regular barber angel which does a good job but my issue is not with the quality of service but its about this shops professionalism when it comes to customer service. so i was on my way to the barber shop and on my way i noticed i wasnt going to make it right at 4:45 so i decided to call the barber shop ahead of time and let them know i was running a little late that i would be there 5 mins late tops because of traffic. sure enough i made it exactly at 4:50 and let them know i arrived so they had me wait............. 5:26 pm rolled around and i still have not been received by the barber and the person at the counter called out my name and said that my barber had another appoinment at 5:30 so he couldnt take me in until he was done with that appointment, i was mad that i havent been called so i told him i had been waiting for a while and that the scheduled appoinment at 5:30 was for my brother and he checked and said that my brothers name was crossed off because someone booked that barber twice at 5:30 at this point i was frustated that i myself have not been attended to and my brother wasnt going to either so i just told them i wasnt going to get a haircut so they just left it at that and just said sorry. i walked away and will not be returning to this barber anymore but the quality of the cuts are good just the customer service sucks

Oh my lord... I just wasted 2 hours of my time waiting for these factory hipster neocholo haircut barbers to want to cut. My hair.... About half of them went on their lunch and the other half looked at the wait list then casually went on to do something else. Why the hell would I wait any longer when I see the one available guy (a corpulent fellow) whistle his friend "Hey gio come on".... This is the worst excuse for a modern barbershop Ive seen... It looks more like a bad high-school kick back... I kept waiting for one of em to" bust out the weed ey"

Im from NYC and I need a cut before my flight the following day. So I looked online and saw that Goodfellas had some of best reviews for any shop in the area so followed Google and other peoples opinions. I was very pleased with my cut and felt the level of service and conversation was on par to that of my local barber back home in Queens NYC if your looking for a decent barber this is the place to go. They have cold beverages flat panel TVs and good conversation lots of seating as well. Give them a shot youll be pleased.

Eric gets down on cutting hair, but unfortunately I came in a made the mistake of not waiting for him. I had a girl cut my hair, I asked for a low taper and just a trim on the sides. Her definition of a trim was chopping both sides off. I was dumbfounded when she handed me the mirror. It took me 5-6 months to grow out my hair now I have a landing strip on my head. It was a convenient place to go since it was close to home, but im now taking my business else where.

They take forever to cut ppl s hair even if there are a lot of ppl waiting. Dont recommend coming on a Friday. Any other day faster service. But not today. ...Ive been waiting for 2hrs. Management should step up n get on barbers to not talk n get the ppl on their way while still providing nice cuts. If you wanna wait for 2-3 hrs then come on Friday or Sat. ....Ive had faster service at other places. ....last time coming here!

Best barber shop in Santa Ana hands down. The owner is always in, providing great customer service very attentive. Great atmosphere, many TVs with plenty to watch. Great music, great flow as far as decoration and feng shui. Highly recommend Eric. The vibes make up for a hair cut you werent really expecting. You just have to find the right barber for you. Getting my hair cut by Eric, I always leave as a happy customer.

I think they need a bigger sign and parking place! No me acuerdo del nombre de la mucha pero tiene un nose piercing. Me corto muy bien el pelo y asta me dio una chela! The place is nice.

Firme spot for a haircut, Ive been there twice now and Ive been satisfied both times. "Gomez" cut my hair the first time and nailed it, today the petite female got at my skin fade and did a great job. My only complaint is the parking for the business. But Ill definitely make this my barber shop from here on out.

This shop is the worst Ive ever seen. Affiliated Barbershop is #1 in my opinion. They have the best barbers and best prices hands down. I think this shop tried to compete with A.B but didnt come close. Sorry to say but it is what it is.

My son received a fresh hair cut at the barber shop - They had an area to entertain the kiddos with PS3 and they offered us beverages while we waited. It was definitely a fun atmosphere for a barber shop. We will definitely be back.
