I have never before written a review, but my experience was so ridiculous that I feel everyone should know what they are in for. I purchased the SpaSampler promo and was excited to try a new salon close to my home. Conviently I was able to make an appointment the very next day. I went in to meet my stylist who was very nice. Unfortunately, she double booked, so my haircut took 2 hours and she didnt even completely style it. She was going back and forth between me and another client and we were both annoyed. I had been growing oput my hair and asked for a TRIM!!!! 3-4 inches later I had a haircut that is nice for someone, but nothing I asked for. I now have super short bangs and can no longer put my hair in a ponytail.. I am 24 and I know have a haircut my mother would have.. The killer part was Jacques himself. He kept talking to his staff like there were no clients in the tiny, outdated salon. He played a CD that continually skipped and didnt seem to care that it was making the experience ear splitting and kept me on edge. I mentioned that my friend just graduated and got her license as a hair stylist and he proceeded to talk crap on how she probably has an attitude and doesnt know anything and if she came to work with him they would "be amazed"... umm sure.. Completely unprofessional and I cried on my way home. I do not know how they stay in business…

the place is straight from the 80` (so is the owner- he seems creepy), i`m pretty easygoing, but would never let him touch my hair. Pedicure, facials etc is performed by teh same person, who`s not good in either of them, not to mention VERY unfriendly. I felt bad spending money there and would NEVER go back/ recommend to ANYONE. if you like professional friendly service in a modern salon- stay out!

He charged me $45 dollars for an exactly FOUR MINUTES, DRY, NO PRODUCT, TRIM! Ridiculous. And I only paid fifteen. I used to be a frequent client for 3 years and P.A. as he is also known as, used to cut my hair for a great price. Now the salon has gotten very greedy, so beware!
