William, the hair stylist at Fine Designs, is without a doubt the best barber Ive ever had. Ive gone to him for over five years, and even followed him from his previous location in Milpitas to Santa Clara. Ive had expensive haircuts and cheap hair cuts throughout the Bay Area, and I can say without hesitation that hes the best for the money. The man works hard, has talent, and is unendingly nice. Highly recommended to anyone.

Not a good experience. He didnt follow my instructions properly and he charged me 18$ (3$ extra). When I asked about that, he started arguing with me.
