If I can give this company a minus star review I would. I must warn you that if you ever sign up with this company you would be chewed up by a guy who is extremely unprofessional ad rude by the name of Eric Van Cleave. I am so glad I no longer have to deal with them. I had problems getting hold of a person to answer a question regarding the service that I was paying Zenergy for. After calling, sending emails and waiting at least 5 days no one contacted me back.I asked to be transferred to Eric thinking he can direct me to the right person but shockingly he ended up yelling from the top of his lungs at me very impolitely. He would not even let me speak. This man needs to go to school and take couple classes in business communication. I dont understand how people can deal with him. I was a customer of theirs and no matter what a customer should not be treated the way I was. This is the customer service that you should expect from these guys. On top of all that the turnaround at this company is so great. You will be speaking to a different person every couple of weeks. From start to finish dealing with them was a nightmare. They promise and dont deliver. They charged my credit card for a monthly service fee and shut down my account without letting me even know. I called to get access to my keywords and the person who answered told me: " I think your account has been dis-activated" I asked him to confirm but he never got back to me which did not surprise me because that is how this company functions. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Most importantly your personal information should never be in the hands of these guys. One of their employees hacked my personal email . So they are basically thieves for charging my CC for a service that they did not provide and hacked my personal information which is against the law. Keep in mind this is a middle man company that outsources to India or Singapore. They have over 1500 accounts that is managed by very few employees. So basically your business may get time from them to be optimized and may not. That is what exactly happened to me because money is what matters to them.

After working with several different SEO companies (one person in an office) who promised a lot and delivered very little, and having our website built out twice, we finally had the good fortune to find Zenergy. The team at Zenergy Works has been amazing to work with! Jason, Jeff, Andrew, Kyle, Jessica and all the other staff have been very responsive and reliable. They are always there when we need them. Our website was redesigned by them which made it look more professional (gets the phone ringing). Our site is now built the way it should be. From Seo to web design, these guys are helping our company grow. We have had other companies over the last several years that did not do what they said they would do. Excellent SEO!. I have been with Bryan for at least 6 years. I have been incredibly happy with there work and strategies. There recommendations on web site construction and operation have been priceless. SEO is a difficult and completive business. Other SEO will tell you that they can get you to the top of the goggle listings but at what cost. Bryan and his staff at Zenergy have always been easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
