I have had my two children at this Tutor Time for over 3 years now. I am utterly bewildered by the derogatory and defamatory comments made with respect to the "Assistant Director". Both of my children have had what I consider the privilege of having been in “Miss Anna’s” class. In addition to her professionalism, which I consider beyond reproach, it has been my experience that this facility is fully staffed with caring and nurturing teachers. Everyone from the Director, to every Teacher, to the Bus Driver has been wonderful. In fact, it has been very common for my children to NOT want to come home when I pick them up because they are so happy. As a working, and often traveling professional this is very comforting. Additionally, if the nurturing environment was not enough, my children’s academic exposure cannot be over emphasized. My daughter is a tribute to this exposure: she was able to attend an advanced K-1 hybrid class due to her high scoring in screening testing for this prestigious appointment in 2009. Miss Anna was her teacher prior to taking that testing. Neither of my children suffered from “poopy” or “pissy” pants as has been suggested. I would absolutely entrust the safety of my children with Miss Anna without hesitation. My children love her as family which is demonstrated by the hugs that they give her when they leave with me. I would recommend this Tutor Time, and in particular Miss Anna, to any parent that wants a loving, nurturing, and educationally enriching experience for their children. As my children move into elementary school now, I would not trade their time at Tutor Time for anything else and am grateful they have shared these parts of their lives with the Assistant Director!

I have to say Im thoroughly pleased with this school! My son is 2, and I have searched high and low for the perfect environment for him. I have definitely hit the jackpot with Tutor Time! Ive been very careful in choosing a school for him - Ive taken into consideration location, cleanliness, security, friendliness of staff, teacher to child ratio, healthy menu choices (snacks and lunches are included!), outdoor time, etc....and this school passed my personal "OCD" inspection with flying colors! When I first visited the facility, I already noticed how happy all the children were, and how sweet all the teachers were to the children. All the toys and activities were age-appropriate. My sons teacher, Ms. Sam and the Director, Ms. Rosemary remembered our names after just ONE visit to the school. With all the things I love about Tutor Time, I can say that there are 2 things that float to the top of my list - the fact that I can visit my son or call anytime....and the fact that Ms. Rosemary and Ms. Sam always take the time to talk to me whenever I visit or pick up my son in the afternoon. Its very evident that they are making it a point to build a relationship with me - and that makes me very happy! Great job, Tutor Time!!!!!

My husband and I recently enrolled our daughter in the infant program at the Tutor Time Stevenson Ranch location and we are very pleased and would highly recommend it! It was very difficult for me to return to work and to find a place I felt comfortable leaving my 3month old. After only a week at this school, she has already learned so much! She is now sleeping in her crib throughout the night, she has already learned to roll over, and she is interacting and smiling more than ever. When I drop her off in the mornings you can see how happy she is, the loving care of the teachers and the social interaction with other kids around her age, has been so good for her. The place is always so neat and clean, all the employees seem happy and are very personable, and I never feel unwelcome. I can stop in any time of day and they are happy to see me. We get full reports everyday about what she has done, eating, sleeping, diaper changes, activities and even sometimes photos of her playing with her new friends. As hard as it was to make the decision to return to work, I know we have made the right decision with sending her to Tutor Time! Thank you to the amazing and loving staff at Tutor Time Stevenson Ranch!

This review is a thank you for all the things Tutor-Time of Stevenson Ranch has given my child who has grown to be of school age now. From caring teachers to a structured program to a facility that is really top notch in its layout to the full on decorations for every season. You see first hand they carry their heart on their sleeves. I love their baby section though I admit my child was not taken care of there at the time when (s)he was little. They give the school age one hour for homework and give the child help if needed. For a working mom that is a plus. The playground is spacious and secured. Hats off to its director and her assistant whom I have seen work over time. The place really has the spice of everything nice and the teachers are caring and quite engaging cause they always have something to occupy the child with. They keep a tab on sweets and oh when mine had lunch there I did not worry. Seriously that is a great thing they have and the cook is one of the sweetest humans I have met. Cant get better. No incidents for me that rang any alarms and oh when they have a sickness they are upfront with an immediate action plan; that transparency counts for a lot. So ya I love it!

Our son has been at the Stevenson Ranch Tutor Time for three months now, and we are very happy with our choice to bring him here. The staff is great, professional and knowledgeable, always willing to help and always greets you with a smile and a kind word. The facility is clean, bright, and colorful and very welcoming. We feel that the administrators and staff truly care about our child and our family and we leave our child there in the mornings knowing that he will be cared for and treated by the staff as if he was their own. Weve experienced other daycare facilities in the area and Tutor Time is by far the best.

I find it unacceptable that the Director promoted an individual to the Assistant Director Post after learning that she had let a child runaround in her class with Pooppy and pissy pants. The parents learned of this when the father had picked up the 4 year old child who clearly smelled and was wet. It was learned that it occurred during this individuals class in the early afternoon and the child was picked up that evening. This is unacceptable behavior . The location had a change of clothes for this very reason. Even when he asks to go to the bathroom, he was ignored. From that moment on, he is scared of them.

My girls have been going to Tutor Time for almost a year and it has been a wonderful experience. The transition into daycare for them after never having been was worrisome for my husband and I, but all the teachers at Tutor Time are so loving, nurturing, and caring. My girls love going to "school"! The Director and Asst Director are both wonderful and always greet us with a smile. The teachers our girls have are very warm and friendly and we have used them many many times for babysitting on the side and even for long weekends. I trust them completely and they are like family to us!
