I wish there was a zero to this rating because this place is horrible. I continuously get the wrong haircut from many of the employees whenever I go (but its the only one near me) and most recently I went in last night to get a haircut at 7:15 I asked to have my name put on the waiting list and the older Asian lady at the front refused to let me get a haircut. There were two employees working and she claimed that there was no way to squeeze me in between the two men already waiting and another male customer to come in at 8:30. The place doesnt close until 9 and I know for a fact male haircuts only take 10-15 minutes tops, including my own. I explained this to her and she continued to not allow me to wait, then when i asked to make an appointment for tomorrow (today) she refused to let me schedule an appointment, saying that I would have to call in tomorrow morning. I left, quite frustrated and then waited outside the place to see how long it actually took them. I only had to wait 30 minutes before both male clients were done, and the one that was supposed to come in came in early and finished. THEY WERE NOT DOING ANYTHING AFTER THAT AND AT 8:30 THEY CLOSED. This shows that they are lazy, and chose not to work more because they wanted to leave early, I am extremely disappointed. Dont come here unless you want a bad haircut and overall bad experience.

No experience in cutting childrens hair. Stylist wouldnt even talk to my child who was afraid facial expressions said all!! Horrible customer service!! Not to mention the hair cut my son got (ended up getting for free) horrible job!!! Ended up going else where and having to shave off all His beautiful curls. Will NEVER go back & will NEVER recommend not even for free!!

The lady seemed so inexperienced I asked for a fade, she left me with half bowl cut and bald spots NEVER COMING BACK EVER AGAIN. Dont come here unless u want bald spots !!!

This is the best one in the area. I also go to Redondo Beach and Torrance at Crenshaw. Always satisfied with my cut. Clean, friendly, well maintained store.

Stephanie is the bomb for fades! She took her time and didnt rush through, even though it was close to closing time. The result was a nice even haircut.

They are so slow! They take forever to cut hair. Unless you have 2 hours to wait dont come here.
