I just called to inquire about having my wedding dress steamed to take away the wrinkles prior to my wedding. The lady that I spoke with initially quoted $12 and then increased it to $100. Although I explained that it is a very simple, sleeveless dress that had a straight skirt, fabric only, no beading, and asked for an approximate cost, the lady would not respond to my question, I reiterated several times, I kept having to say, "Hello," to her, hoping to get her attention. She did not seem to understand English very well and there seemed to be a language barrier. To add, she would not respond to my questions, finally I had to hang up. Poor communication equals poor customer service -- I will never recommend Tracy Valley Cleaners, in fact, I will make a point of telling those I know in the community to avoid them. Highly irritating!

Called to check on some custom work I needed done to a 3 piece suit I just got. Need the waist taken in about an inch, and the suit dry cleaned. Very rude and could not explain the services at all, could not give pricing either, said I had to come in. Very poor customer service!
