I RECOMMEND THE FANTASTIC SAMS ON VICTORY BECAUSE IT IS MY FAVORITE HAIR SALON IN THE ENTIRE VALLEY! ANYTHING THAT YOU PRACTICALLY WANT DONE TO YOUR HAIR CAN BE DONE BETTER THAN THE EXPENSIVE SALONS WITHOUT BREAKING YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. I THOUGHT THE HIGHLIGHTS FOR MY HAIR WERE GOING TO BE SO EXPENSIVE BECAUSE THE GIRL DID SUCH A GOOD JOB. SHE DID SUCH A BETTER JOB THAN THE "UPSCALE" SALON THAT I WAS GOING TO AND PAID OVER $200 FOR MY HIGHLIGHTS EVERY 4 WEEKS. WHEN SHE SAID MY HIGHLIGHTS AT SAMS WAS ONLY GOING TO BE $75 I FLIPPED! THAT IS LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT I WAS PAYING AND THE SERVICE AT SAMS WAS A LOT BETTER!!! THIS IS JUST WHAT I NEED TO SAVE MONEY THESE DAYS! THESE GUYS ARE TRULY FANTASTIC! BTW - I LOVE YOUR NEW WEBSITE! THE MUSIC IS GREAT! I AM SO HAPPY THAT I CAN NOW DOWNLOAD AND PRINT COUPONS FROM YOUR WEBSITE WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT FOR THEM TO COME IN THE MAIL! People are very nice. I took my 2 kids (ages 5 & 8) in for haircuts because were on a really tight budget and the kids cuts are only $12. My daughters hair is fine – I just wanted a minor trim, no big deal and the woman who cut her hair was very nice. Another, younger woman cut my sons hair and she never smiled, not even once. She didnt talk to him either. I told her that I wanted his hair to have the same look and feel it already had, just shorten it up a bit but leave the top longer so it kind of looks like a surfer cut, like he already had. My poor son came out of there with barely an inch of hair left on his head. It looks like hes going into military school. I almost cried. I asked what happened, didnt she understand what "keep the same look" and "not too short" meant? She just looked at me stone faced, no apologies. I paid and left. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Been coming here for over a decade, because Ruben is an amazing, talented, stylist. Ruben used to run the place, but it was purchased a few years ago by some new owners. The new owners dont do a very good job running this particular salon. The website for the store has been down for over a year, and they force you to tip in cash (people usually do that anyway, but being forced to do so in unprofessional) There are other minor issues, but in general, you can get a quick and cheap haircut here any day of the week, usually with less than a ten minute wait.

I went in for a haircut, came out 6 minutes later with a very professionally done style and cut. These guys are really good. Look for the guy with the white hair and hat. He is very friendly, fast, efficient, and professional.

Zoe was the person who gave me a hair cut. She was very good with a very professional attitude. I got there 9:30 am and left 10:00. Highly recommended.
