I was very encouraged at the front end of my move. Joe, my salesperson seemed to know his stuff and the movers while picking up my possessions were great. I had a signed contract on both ends of this move for a delivery date and one of the reasons I chose this company is because they prided themselves in allegedly being able to deliver on an out of state move on a specific day. Joe my salesperson even agreed to a 2 hour time window as I was very clear I was flying in the morning of the move. I then pay my balance (which I was told that I didnt have to pay the last quarter of it until the move was complete but Rashad said their headquarters said I owed the full amount - $7000.00 plus I paid for this debacle. Rashad, my assigned crew boss gave me his personal cell and told me to call him if I landed early and off they went with my possessions. Fast forward 4 days (and I was only moving from Colorado to Arizona) I call Rashad to tell him I am at the house at he informs me that he is in the middle of New Mexico. I of course flip out and ask him why he isnt at my door and he tells me that I told him Wednesday was ok to arrive. At this point my blood is boiling because I am in an empty house with 3 dogs, my nephew who I flew in with me to help me and 3 professional organizers waiting to unpack me. I only had 2 days to get my house in order before I had to go back to work. I call the company headquarters and was transferred to Victor the owner. He showed zero empathy and told me I told Rashad that Wednesday was fine. I lost it and told him my contract didnt say that and that I ABSOLUTELY DIDNT TELL RASHAD THAT WEDNESDAY WAS OK. I explained my 3 dog, 3 organizers (costing me over $600.00 that day) situation and he told me to call Rashad and that was between he and I. I of course got even more angry and he told me he would give me $100 for a hotel room. A $100 hotel room in scottsdale that accepts dogs in the middle of winter simply doesnt exist. He also refused to pay me for the organizers that I had already paid when I scheduled. He could not have been more rude, more dismissive and quite frankly I was shocked that he was the owner. As a past successful business owner, this man treated me the opposite of how I ( or anyone) should treat a customer. I stupidly didnt check their yelp rating because I was referred to them. I so wish I had done so or I would have never hired them. Rashad showed up an hour later than the promised time the next day and to his credit he did apologize. Something his boss needs to learn to do. I ended up having to get my nephew involved because I experienced a panic attack. My nephew was finally able to get them to pay for an airbnb for the night and they agreed to pay my organizers. My nephew and I spoke to Joe our sales person and their customer service person and they were the ones that agreed to this. They did pay for the airbnb but days later have not paid my organizers. I have sent the invoices twice and yet they still have not honored this agreement, nor has Vic apologized for his appalling treatment of me. I implore anyone looking to hire this company to RUN the other way. I am 50 years old and have moved many many times. This was the worst experience in any situation of my lifetime.

This entire move was a complete nightmare AFTER I paid $4500.00 upfront to move from CO to FL. Everything looked all great at time of payment and signing. I was told move was not to exceed $4100.00 yet final bill was $4482.31. I was told that the movers were coming over on March 26th at 8:00 AM. I did not receive confirmation so I called Adrian and Joe to confirm pick up date and was told twice that it would be March 26th at 8:00 AM. No one showed up. I called at 10:00 AM and was told they rescheduled to March 29th without telling me and couldnt give me an exact pick up time, just between 8:00 and 10:30 AM. Two older gentlemen showed up who were not very friendly and were very upset that I was on the 2nd floor, and no one told them that I had a motorcycle that also needed to be moved. Move took a long time and they had to call for back up to load bike, which delayed my move another 3 hours after already being delayed 1 full day. I took time off work to be there on the 28th and had to take more time off on the 29th. I was told items were to be delivered between April 5th - 11th. I had to call Adrian multiple times to get a delivery date as no one was communicating with me. I was told multiple different dates and was stood up. Items were finally delivered on April 16th. Per Joe, I was told that there would be a reimbursement due to the fact that they delivered 5 days past the latest delivery date. I was unhappy with the customer service from Adrian who was short with me. I had lost my father shortly prior to me moving 1800 miles across country and I was also in the middle of taking care of my mother, so it was crucial that I had exact dates and times for many reasons. I had to ride this company like a bull to get them to call me back and get some answers. I have written emails to the owner Victor and Adrian with no response. I was simply ignored. Items were also damaged during the move, that they wont even acknowledge and their response was that this happens, items were old, and no we wont reimburse you for the 5 day delayed move despite that we all signed a contract. All my sons stated that they did their part, and I got my items delivered and I should be happy with that. Today on September 17th I received a letter from Federal Companies stating that they need payment of $2778.22. They never got paid from All my Sons Moving. This is the first that I have heard of this. I have contacted the company and will have to deal with Adrian again and am patiently waiting a response. This company promises much at the time of quoting, but customer service, lies, damages items, delays delivery 5 days, lack of empathy, and lack of follow up is horrible. I will never use this company again or will refer them to anyone.

This was a terrible experience. I choose to use a moving company to hopefully make the process as easy and painless as possible. Unfortunately going through All-My-Sons severely impacted my move in a negative way, ruined my weekend, and added a large amount of stress into my life. When I called Monday morning to schedule my Friday move I requested that I have an early morning time slot as I work as a CPA and was trying to organize work around my move. When I called to confirm Friday morning (7:30am) I was told my time slot was from noon to 2:00pm. When 2:30 pm rolled around I called and was told that it would be 3 before anyone could arrive. When 3:30 came and went I called for the 3rd time and was told that I would be receiving a phone call with the exact time of arrival. When I still hadnt received a call at 4:30 I called for a 4th time and was told that a new moving crew had been assigned and I should expect a call from them shortly. When the crew finally arrived at 5:20pm I had lost nearly an entire day of work and was now very behind on my entire move which was very time sensitive as it was. When the movers arrived I was alerted that there was a 3 hour minimum cost which I had never been told, even when I inquired the prior monday during my first call when I was only told about a $129 an hour rate. As I was only moving a small amount of items as well as only moving roughly 8 min away I knew that this should be a short quick move so the 3 hour minimum came as a very large shock. As it was already late on a Friday afternoon the movers were very brash and although nice, they hastily and unprofessionally moved my items. The entire move from start to finish only took a little over an hour and a half but the movers simply placed my items in the house on the floor or leaning against walls and did not assemble my bed or dressers. (Also very unprofessional and not what was promised as a part of the move. As the move did not finish until 7:00pm, I was now very behind and instead of making it to a corporate even I had at my office at 7:30, I spent my night till roughly 1:00 am finishing the move which would have easily been finished if the movers had come at any reasonable time frame. I was charged the full three hour rate and asked Nick over the phone to please call me the next day so that we could discuss but did not hear back until late Tuesday afternoon and several more calls on my part. I implore you to find another option as any option would be better than All-My-Sons
