These guys are the ABSOLUTELY BEST EVER!! They saved my chance at this new life that I am desperately trying to build for the first time in 52 years. They, along with my AMAZING church/family, Church For All Nations, saved my chance to continue to turn myself &my life around. And they, as a business, didnt have to. But here at Christian Brothers, top guys Mike and Justin, and the guys ( Donny, Chris, Erik, Ryan, and Steve) see, feel, and are completely infused with the caring and compassionate gift, motivation turned into actions of service great in Gods light. In short, THEY TRULY CARE! They care about each& every soul that makes their way in their doors. And when things align they try to help wherever they can. Prince or pauper. You matter here! Even a crazy one eyed misfit trying to turn things around has been made to feel of worth, value, and that this chance matters.Theyve gone above and beyond what most would do. And my church family, headed by the efforts of my dear new friend June, has been their partners, unrelenting in their care and support of this effort of mine to do better, be better, and build a real life for the very first time. I called the shop, in the midst of huge upheaval. I had a car accident. A big one. My brakes had gone out, & trying nt to hurt anyone, I opted to steer into a nearby parking lot, thus crashing into the back of a parked van. My truck was totaled. But heres the thing. I am new to Colorado. I came here to start again, to find help to turn my life around, a place to belong. I knew no one, and my therapy dog and I are living in that same truck trying to get established and put things together, to build a decent good life on a good path. Then just as i had finally started making some progress, after a month of brick walls, this accident happened. All seemed lost. We were lost. And I remembered Christian Brothers from back home. And it seemed like a nudge from God to call them. Plus God grounds me! And I needed to stay as close to the spirit of God as possible so that I wouldnt panic. And I thought hey they surely have the spitit. And let me tell you, THEY DO ! From moment go, when I talked to Justin, it was like yeah come here. We will figure this out. Ok, they couldnt have known the train wreck that was about to enter their lives. But never once did they make me feel anything less than cared about, valued, &worthwhile. They w/my dear Saint of a friend June from church began this odesssy of trying to remedy the situation and save Murphy and me, and make sure this hard fought for chance to turn things around would not be lost. They gave me the bad news that my truck was done. I melted down. I have numerous issues, being a burden is one of them. I felt horrible. But June explained that this is different, and its OK to accept help I am not the same mess I used to be and that now I am earnestly doing the work. That this is all a huge gift and working of God to help make us safe, and help this work of mine Continue. And that my church and these amazing guys at Christian Brothers are my God sends to help. Which, trust me I was already well aware of. To say they have w/June &Cfan, been my saving grace, and that I appreciate them all more than my words can explain the fullness in my heart, gratitude to my core, and warmth in the depths of my soul could ever convey would be an understatement. They worked hard trying to find a solution. They found a car, which Chris a dear guys up here wanted to offer as solution 4 our problem. Mike & Justin went right to work making things happen so I could continue this journey of building a life, but also still have a place to live. Donnie another dear soul here took on the task of fixing the car getting it up to snuff, along with Ryan,Chris volunteering a great many hrs to do it. Mike even took me to my appts. And I have been staying on their lot while everthing is being done. They have saved our lives, our chance, and made us feel valued. Thank u guys! I have learned the true meaning of gratitude, and humility! I so appreciate you all!

One of the nicest mechanic offices Ive ever dealt with. . . . . .unfortunately also one of the most inept. I brought my 99 durango in because I had major oil loss in the engine. Diagnosis was a leak from the rear seal and the oil pan seal. $1600 job, my engine warranty covered $1300, no problem. . . . .till 2 weeks later and my durango is 2 quarts of oil low again So I take it back to see whats up, they had it for 2 days and tell me that I need to track the oil loss over 2 more weeks to document it for the warranty company. I come back 2 weeks later, they have it for another 3 days Diagnosis is that it needs rings and a valve job, basically needs a new engine. . .so the $1600 job that they did on the engine was completely pointless and now I dont have enough money left on my warranty to afford a new engine in it plus the diagnostic to find this out cost $550. So I take it home and immediately the check engine light comes on and starts blinking. . .WTF. . .I take it back and they tell me that some wires were not connected properly after the diagnostic. They say it is fixed. Later that day I blow a radiator hose, so the next day there I am again and another $150 to fix the hose, I drive away, get two blocks and the check engine light is blinking again. . . . . So in summary $2350 total spent here for a radiator hose, a couple really expensive useless seals, and Im at another mechanic now trying to figure out why I have a blinking check engine light and the smell of gas from my tail pipe.

In Feb I posted a five star rating for Christian Brothers automotive as I had $2700 worth of work done on my Ford F-250 diesel. Then I took my car in and had $1400 worth of work done on my car. At the time I was a very satisfied customer. But then my truck started stalling when it reached a 1/4 tank of fuel. Got it towed to the shop and told them what was going on. Instead of fixing the fuel problem which was more than likely in the tank, they fixed a water in the fuel issue and charged me $1200. I picked the truck up assuming the fuel issue was fixed. A few days later the truck stalled again and once again I had to get it towed back to the shop. There was a starter issue which they did fix at no charge but when it came to the stalling issue, they wanted to charge me to drop the fuel tank again. So here is my issue, I took the truck in originally to get a problem fixed and they fixed something else instead which had nothing to do with the truck stalling and then wanted to charge me again to fix the same issue. I had already taken 2 loans to fix the truck and have paid over $6k to Christian Brothers Automotive since February. So now I cant let my truck get below a 1/4 tank or it will stall out. When I take my vehicle in for a service I expect them to fix the problem I tell them about not fix whatever they feel like. They have now lost a valued customer and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Disgruntled customer
