Ive had my car for over 10 years and recently started to have some minor issues with the car. Every time that Ive needed to have my car looked at, Express Auto Repair was able to get my car in to look at in a timely manner. They were able to diagnose the problems and get everything fixed. I had some issues with my car over-heating and they found that the water pump was going out. Winter came around and I noticed that the heat wasnt working so they were able to find that I had a crack in my radiator. Every time that there was a problem they were able to get the car fixed and repaired that same day. They would call me during the day and give me timely updates on their diagnosis and what is necessary to repair my car. The nice thing I enjoy is that they didnt try to get me to spend additional money on things that didnt necessarily need replaced. I take my car to them every time I need the oil changed. There system sends me emails when they believe my car needs an oil change, but they dont call or advise that I need to get it done right away but it is a nice reminder to get every few months. Theyve helped me keep my old car up and running without having to sink a ton of money into it. I appreciate the help they do and will continue to do business with them.

Accidentally posted this for their other store, but these are my feelings of their organization nonetheless. As someone else noted already, they are quick to take advantage of visitors passing through. Wish I had seen that review in time. I spoke with Lorrie at Napa corporate and was informed that each Autocare Center sets their own pricing they do not have any sort of MENU PRICING or market average pricing... Just be proud of your eye gouging and own up to it for once. I guess it doesnt really matter, because I bet Im "not in their system anywhere" EDIT: Thanks for the offer, but I believe that Rick was the condescending, hefty fella with thin hair that caused this in the first place. Regarding the pricing scheme, you already used that line on somebody else which is why I called the corporate office in the first place. You are an independent store that sets its own labor pricing and marks up materials as you see fit. I encourage customers to call 3 NAPA Autocare centers in this same exact market and see that you get 3 different prices. None of which are controlled by NAPA.

UPDATED ON BOTTOM: Original Review: (I rarely give 2 stars, but since they did seem to fix my engine issue, that was ok. I go to get my engine looked at (a little white smoke from the exhaust) and get my oil changed. I tell them Im going on a long road trip and I will need my oil changed for that. I get across the country to the next car shop to have my car looked at and they look at the oil. It had been cleared out and was almost empty (only about a quarter full). The mechanics at the new place are looking for a leak and find none at all. The guys here had forgotten to top it off. I went across the country with 3/4 of engine fluid missing. Paid full price for a European car oil change (not cheap) for this? A little annoyed to hear this from the new guys.) UPDATE: Got a call from Ron who was very concerned and did everything he could to make it right. He definitely went the extra mile to help me. I have changed my review to 5 stars due to his customer service and the fix for the situation. Mistakes happen and they have made sure it got resolved.

This place is amazing, just as I expected. This new location carries on the culture from the Galley location where I had done business in the past. They are always very fair and very accommodating. I dropped off a vehicle asking for them to diagnose a Check Engine light and change the oil. I expected the vehicle to be there for a few days, but it was ready within a few hours. They discussed other services as well, which I declined but I truly appreciate the suggestions. This is a new store and their credit card machine was down when I picked up my vehicle. They gave me the keys and said we would sort out the money later. I dropped off a check the next morning, but I appreciate them respecting my time and letting me take the vehicle when I was there. I saw another shop advertising how it was the best mechanic in Colorado Springs. I cannot see how that can be true, as this place is amazing, If you need car work, quit guessing and hoping that you will be treated fairly. Go here instead.

Sorry, I cant give you guys a good review. I thought I would do a good one but after I took my van to another shop and discovered that you never put my alternator bolt back in and you had put my tensioner pulley on backwards. You also didnt put any gasket sealant on the v-notches where the intake manifold meets the head. This if left undiscovered would have led to even more severe engine damage. I am really starting to question the $350 that I paid you to tighten my rear rocker arms. Probably wont be recommending you in the future. Not to mention that my family is a non-smoking family and our family van reeked of cigarette smoke for days after we got it back. For someone with lung disease and only a partial right lung, this is a concern. Update: Change rating to a 3 star. Rick the owner contacted me and took care of the issues. Thank you Rick for your quick response to this matter.

This place is where you can ALWAYS take your car and know you arent getting screwed over with spending too much and buying the wrong things that wont fix your car. Always always honest to you. I started taking my car here last year and I refuse to take it anywhere else for anything now. Thats just how amazing this staff is. They thoroughly check everything and if you have questions they answer them in detail, they even bring you in to the shop and let you see what the problem in your car is and point it directly out to you. The guy at the front desk, I think his name is Rick, is absolutely great. he gives you an estimated time your car will be done, is VERY knowledgeable, he goes in the shop to make sure that your car is being taken care of, and talks to his guys in the shop constantly.

I came here because of the high reviews and I was not disappointed whatsoever. As soon as you walk in the shop, its professionalism at its finest. The manager is named Jim and is excellent with his service and cares for everyone who walks though the door. My car had quite a few issues which I already knew about and is expected with buying a car off another person, but Jim gave me an honest and fair price with honest work done to the car. My car was done in a timely manor, and he also kept me informed the whole way through the process. If I could rate higher I really would. This is to anyone considering an auto shop anywhere in this area, COME HERE if you want pefect service!
