This place is a designers nightmare, and a graphic design students equivilant of hell. While the exsperiance looks promising when first pawing through the threshold, soon you will fall into chaos. This is a land riddled with long out dated programs and equipment, and is slower than windows 98. My exsperiance first started at the counter with me handing a dumbfounded printer a small sd card with everything perfectly packaged and ready to print. I explained quickly and plainly that I needed "the adobe indesign file in folder x to be printed. I need it printed on tabloid size paper front and back. Please use print booklet and scale it proportionally to fit the paper. Dont worry about fonts and links everything is packaged." This is simple language that any designer and printer should under stand with ease. The look I got from the man across the counter was that of a deer in the headlights combined with someone who had recently been slapped with a fish. They continued to open adobe in design like a scared puppy and I got ready to walk them through the process only to find that fed ex was equipped with adobe cs3, and my file failed to open. With a sigh I took my card back and wandered over to the lap top stations where they attempted to install the printers on my laptop. After 45 minutes of frustration I left in a storm of irritation. I wish I could say that was the first time I had gone an hour and got nothing accomplished but alas, it was not. This was the third time I have only barely gotten my prints in time after dealing with this "printing company". Just no I will never ever ever return to fed ex office for printing, and I encourage everyone else not to unless it is absolutely necisarry.

Are you kidding me right now!!!!! Ya, I have a definite review for this piece of cap office!!!!! I went to them and talked and dealt with their store manager Paul, with a portrait that I needed shipped to Texas. I told him that this portrait was already in a fragile state, and was 45 years old. I entrusted him with this portrait that it would arrive at my home in the same condition that I left it. I sent it two day ground, and aside from inclement weather in Texas on Tuesday and Wednesday, I did not receive it on Wednesday. I called the Colorado Springs store and talked to Paul, and I told him it hadnt arrived yet, I gave him the tracking number, and he said he would call me back with information. When Paul called back, he told me that this 45 year old portrait that I took to him was broken. I am so unbelievably angry right now I would never tell anyone to use or ship anything that they hold dear through this FedEx office....when I suggested bubble wrap he told me that it would not provide enough protection to the frame or glass....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! I can only say that portrait was sent from Louisville KY by another shipping company and arrived in Colorado Springs with NO damage....but a trip for Colorado to Waco Texas.....and it is destroyed!!!!!

Do not waste your time in this unmanaged and inconsiderate train wreck. After waiting 10 minutes to drop off a prepaid package that the guy could have just told me to place on the counter, I again had to wait 20 minutes only to find out that they discontinued their notary public service. One would think that the manager would have been professional enough to post a sign saying they discontinued the notary service. Likewise, one would think, with all those poster making capabilities, they would have hung a sign directing that pre-paid packages be placed at a specified location. The days of putting the customer first are long gone, especially at this house of laughs. Customers? We do not need no stinking customers!

FedEx drivers are kind of assholes on the highway.. But the staff inside this Colorado Springs location are extremely patient and helpful! I recently had concerns when my package didnt arrive from my grandfather who lives down there. I called the store and the manager (Phil or Paul, I think) reassured me that the storm caused a few back ups with local deliveries. I was so worried that my late grandmothers belongings were lost that I didnt even think to consider the weather might have caused stalls. Thank you for being patient and answering my questions without making me feel like an idiot!

Unbelievably rude staff member today. Shipped exactly the same package last week without a problem, today I am told my package was wrapped according to the picture chart that showed a package tied with string, no such thing on my package. The box he offered was outrageously priced, are they getting paid commission on selling boxes?? No customer service skills, no communication skills, likes to embarrass customers in front of others. Shut it down or hire someone else because Paul is not delivering against your mission and vision statement.

Just left this FedEx location and I had to write a review. This morning was my 3rd time using this location and I have to say I am very happy. I forgot the employees name but the manager Paul was extremely helpful and friendly, he helped me with my shipping needs and I was in and out of the store in all of 5 minutes. All of my visits have been this quick. Most importantly my family receives their packages on time which is the main reason I use FedEx. Ill be back.

I hate this fed ex office location. They charged me a set up fee just for getting paper cut. So I had to spend $5 just to get a small stack of 8x10" papers cut to 5x7. That is ridiculous. Ive never had to pay that much at any other fed ex office location. The last time I came to this location, they tried to charge me extra for shipping something so I went to another location and it was much less expensive. Wont be coming back here again!

I went in last week and got four things laminated which came out to 5 square feet. I didnt like how it turned out so came back and tried again. Only this time I only laminated three of the original four things. Somehow it still came out to 5 square feet. And then I got charged for cutting them when I didnt ask for that service. The lady just did it on her own. I will never go back to this store.

Had 2 people for 11 customers with more people pouring in by the minute. I was waiting for OVER AN HOUR because the guy had to keep going back and forth from me to help other people.. All I had to do was package ONE box. He was a great guy and was trying his hardest but being completely understaffed is not okay. They need help!!!

Beware - if you have a large order they will send it to Denver. If you have a small order theyll do it in shop. Id rather go to office max next time and not worry about it. Aside from that, no issues with the service other than it took an extra day to print and bind some books.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Today was no exception. The staff I dealt with was really excellent. He handled my simple jobs with ease and speed. His name was Clint, we shared first names. Even with that, this store will always get my business.

I waited in a line for 30 minutes, while i was in line another one formed and when it got to me the woman skipped over me and went to the newly formed line so I left. This place is very unorganized and slow will not go back.
