So far the worst expirence ever! Its been a little over a month since I sigend the contract and just now as of June 23th finally got a portion of my roof done after I called and called and called them that right there should have been a flag. They seem in my opinion no better than those door to door roofers after a hail storm. I was never kept in the loop as to what was going on with my roof and they still have roofing left undone on the roof to finish it the way I know is there are still items in my backyard with no info as to when they are coming back to finish! Never telling us when they are coming back nothing! We also as part of our claim are waiting on someone to paint the inside of our room. The contractor came and apparently said it will be next week until he finds out who is paying for this....it has been one thing after another.. I then have called the office to try and get info and I have gotten nada not even a phone call back just to let me know what is what... After all is said and done I will be contacting BBB about them and how the treat there coustomers along with them letting you know whats going on with your house... To all soldiers please find someone else to do your roof! Or Handel any claims that you may have with you insurance company...I have never been dissapoibted in my life a coustomers should not have to call or text anyone to find out whats the status.. Anyone providing a service espically something soooo important as a roof should be telling you step by step of whats going on and keeping you informend as to updates.. Hope this helps!

We were first approached by a representative from Premier following a hailstorm in July 2011. They asked us if they could send someone out to assess the damage and determine if we had enough to substantiate a claim with our home insurance. Following their representative and an assessor from our insurance company, we filed the claim, received the estimate of costs to file with our insurance, received our check, and scheduled our repair date. Leading up to the date, the Premier Roofing specialists were informative, thorough, and even dropped by to provide recommendations on how to prepare for the roofing job, including securing breakables and giving us a complete list of other pre-job preparations. On the day of the event, the team showed up a few minutes early and got right to work, finishing just in time for my young children (6 months and 2 years) to take their naps. Following the job, the team cleared the property of all debris and returned to double-check how the roof shingles were laying. They also had a gutter company come out and redo our gutters that were damaged, plus installed new ones to help the rain runoff flow, all at no extra charge. We ended up paying nothing out of pocket, as they covered our deductible. They were even going to send someone out to sand down and repaint our deck and perimeter fence, but the weather and timing never worked out. All in all, we are very impressed with the professionalism, the quality, and the superb customer service we received from Premier Roofing. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

first Id like to say that the quality of work was good. My 2 star rating is due to poor business practices. IMHO all the good reviews seen here is due to a bribing! They will cut you a 25.00 check for a good review here, as I received an email from them this past summer from Brittany urging me to write a good review. Troy, the gentleman in charge of our re-roof was very nice in person. The problem was that we only seen him One time! He would only communicate with us via text! IMHO not professional at all. He would text my wife early in the morning at later in the evening, but would never call or answer his phone when we would try to call him. I had a small job at a rental property that needed taken care off (a few shingles blew off roof). I requested 3 times for a tech to look at my roof and get back with me with a price to fix. After taking to Brittney when she sent me the email for a $25.00 check for a good review. I told her of the issues I had getting my rental property looked at. I finely received a call from Troy stating he didnt know anything about my problem but, would look into it. well the final communication Ive had was back in August. Ive pretty much written them off and will find another company for my future business.

Liked the work and the way the job turned out, however if everything would have been done on time as planned instead of a month and a half later (when the weather turned cold) everything would have had time to adhere and nobody would have had to come out and put nails in places where the self adhesive parts should have taken hold. Even though our insurance paid for most of the job, we felt as if we were robbed in the end because after we settled at $5600 Matt told us that we should only have to deal with our insurance company on about $1500 to $2000 on incidentals that would be transparent to us, but since the check was sent to us because we had an additional claim for other damages that we were going to repair on our own Premier took that money plus some totaling $5300, doubling the cost. The balance was originally $7300, but because of much deliberation Premier generously cut $2000 off only because after our deductible that was all the insurance paid for the total repairs to include our part that has not been repaired, because we have not had to funds left to do them.

When I first moved here, Mr. Dillon stopped by and offered a free roof inspection. My roof was only a year old so I declined but took his card. He was professional, friendly and not overly assertive. Six months later we were hammered with a hail storm. I contacted Premier Roofing and he was out the next day to perform an inspection. It was decided that my roof needed to be replaced and he took care of the rest. Premier dealt directly with the insurance company which was very convenient. We went over all the details and he provided me with a "what to expect" sheet which was more beneficial than I ever imagined especially after talking to friends who did not receive the same information. Although, I was disappointed that the wrong color drip edge was installed (after addressing it with Mr. Dillon, issue was corrected) and the amount of nails left I would recommend Premier Roofing and Mr. Mike Dillon. The quality of work is amazing and the staff is professional, patient and understanding. Shawna Johnson COS1606596 Mike Dillon

After a damaging hail storm in our area a year ago, we were given the recommendation, from an insurance friend of ours, to use Premier Roofing. The sales representative came over and presented the "agreement" and indicated that thats all that it was is an agreement until after they had worked out the numbers with our insurance company to obtain a contract price. However, the agreement, as per the Premier sales representative, was in-fact, not only the agreement on the front of the page, but also the contract on the back of the page...in fine print. Premier bids a higher price that the insurance company will not agree to leaving the homeowner having to pay the difference, which, in our case, meant thousands of dollars more. Find another roofing company...this is not one that you want to deal with on an integrity level. Needless to say, they will never be recommended again. Premier is trying to take advantage of all of us in this area due to the unfortunate hail damage that we all incurred.
