We took our RV in on July 18th (a Monday) to repair our slide and service the generator. One of the slide motors was not working. When we took it in, we were still able to manually crank the slide in and out. We were told by Joe that the repairs would be done that week so we could have it by the weekend for a trip we had planned. I called on Tuesday and I didnt hear anything so my husband stopped by on Tuesday afternoon since he was close by. Joe didnt seem very pleased that he stopped in. He told my husband that he was still waiting to hear on the slide parts and didnt know anything but would call as soon as he heard. I never got a call. I called and left messages and got no return calls. I finally got a hold of Joe on Thursday. He told me he still didnt know anything on the slide because the slide arm nuts were broken, as well. Servicing the generator was going to cost around $750. He also said they obviously werent going to have things fixed by the weekend for us. I told them to just stop and we would pick it up Friday. When we started driving the RV home, the slide just started to extend on its own, which had never been an issue. We also cannot crank the slide in or out manually any longer. So whatever they did while looking at the slide, now has it in worse shape than before. They also had the spark plug in the generator pulled just slightly out. You couldnt tell just by looking at it, but my husband went to look at it and noticed and then pushed it in all the way. The generator now starts. When we picked up the RV, Joe also told us that he would call with quotes on how much the slide repair would cost. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago and I have received no calls at all. Doesnt really surprise me since they never called me while the RV was there for a week. We also paid $150 toward the labor they already had in the slide and $99 on the generator. So, we basically paid $250 for NOTHING to be repaired and to actually have it in worse shape than when we took it in. I told Joe how disappointed I was and he said he wanted a chance to make it right. Like I said, though - never even received a call on how much the slide will actually cost to fix. Im worried to take it back to them because I am not even confident that they know what they are doing or that they wont scam us, which is how we feel at this point. The reason I chose Superior was because of the great reviews. Maybe something has changed in the past few months because there was not one single part of our experience that was good.

We have a 40 2006 Winnebago Vectra Diesel Pusher that we are most particular about. Have never had issues before last Thursday. It heated up and we were left stranded in Canon City Colorado. Our Allstate motor club couldnt find us a tow truck nor were they any help at all. I called every place I could think of that we would normally have work done ... Freightliner and Cummings were high on the list. We were given times of 5 working days to 3 weeks before anyone could look at it. Then I called SUPERIOR AUTO AND RV REPAIR. Talked to Kenneth. He said bring it in and we will look at immediately and let you know what we think is the problem. I told him that we were have big problems finding a tow. He gave me Rands Towing Services... and thats another story they were great but Allstate would not approve them to tow so we paid for it. That took another 24 hours. We got to Superior after hours on Friday. Didnt think we would see them till Monday, SATURDAY MORNING about 745 here comes Kenneth and Joesph to work on our rig. Ken said he didnt want us to sit all weekend if he could get us out and back to to regular business on Monday. They had us out and gone by 4. Love these guys and cant say enough about them. Didnt cost us a small fortune very reasonable. These guys are our Earth Angles. Thank you so much Kenneth and Joesph for giving up your Saturday for us... I have a tear in my eye as I write this. July 19 .... follow up.... we just got back from Colorado to Olathe, KS. We drove over 900 miles is 100 + heat over the past 2 days with NO.... I REPEAT NO PROBLEMS with our RV 400 Cummins Engine over-heating. This was after the great work...on a Saturday.... that Superior Auto and RV preformed on our RV. We mad an appointment with our Frieghtliner dealer who normally cares for our RV in Olathe, KS. Our mechanic said that the work that was done was a great call ..... they did all the right things. Nothing more to do but an oil change that was due when we returned home. How lucky we were to find this place and these people. Our guardian angel was certainly with us this day.

As their name implies they are superior in my book. Took class C motorhome to them for a brake issue that had supposedly been taken care of in my hometown. We drove 800 miles with no issue but upon arrival in Colorado Springs the brakes again went into smoke and heat mode. We were on a time schedule so we called around to get it looked at. The appointments we could get were Monday or Tuesday, so seeing as how this was Thursday we said we could stay in the campground we were in until Monday and take it in to Superior, the Tuesday was at a different location. We made arrangements to stay in one of the facilities at the campground for Monday to Tuesday, so Friday morning I called Superior just to check if there was a cancellation maybe so we could get in maybe on a chance. Was told go ahead bring it in and they would get on it. Took the unit to them told them what had already been done at home. They called me about an hour later and said what needed to be done and that it would be done by their closing time. So we took it to them jumped in our car that we tow and spent the day in Colorado Springs. Went back close to the time they closed to check on unit that and the fact we needed to get stuff out of it in case we needed to stay in the cabin. We were informed that it was on it test run. The technician came back said what he had done and showed me the part that was fixed at home, no way was it fixed. Anyway when I was paying the bill the owner said if any problems to contact him and how to do it. Let me say that the biggest surprise was the call from the owner as we were leaving Las Vegas headed to Zion checking to see if everything was good. That was on a Monday so we had driven it quite a bit. All I had to say was it was going great and how I was surprised that a business took the time to care about the customer, what a concept. Again would highly recommend them. Of course if I am in the Colorado Springs area and have trouble, hope not, but will seek them out. Again thanks for your service. God Bless.
