Tried to schedule an online appt but couldnt because it was less than 24 hours. Called to schedule an appt but was told they dont schedule an appt, its first come first serve...so what the hell is the online "schedule an appointment" for? Showed up when doors opened on a Friday, was maybe 5th in line. Needed a lube, oil, and filter, tire rotate and balance, and an alignment. After 7 hours the oil change and rotate and (supposed) balance was done. Was informed I needed brakes all the way around and I said I would do it myself. I could almost hear the shock over the phone that I chose not to pay them to do it. When I picked up my truck I was told if I brought it back on Monday theyd get me taken care of "first thing." Did my own brakes over the weekend and noticed my tires had not been balanced. Took it back on that following Monday and after 6 hours hadnt gotten a call that the truck was done. Called them and they said I was next on the alignment rack. They were also "amazed" that 2 of my tires needed balanced. How does "first thing" become almost 7 hours to complete the balance and alignment. Never had such problems with the Cheyenne Meadows store.

My wife dropped her car off to get tires. While the vehicle was there they checked out her AC because it wasnt working. They checked the system and eatimated that it would coat around $900 to fix. We were not willing to put that into an 11yr old vehicle. While the vehicle was there they told her the noise in the front end was because the draglinks were loose and it needed new wheel bearing hub assemblies. Just yesterday i changed both of the assemblies and noticed that the drag link was loose. It took a whole turn too "fix" the issue. I just wonder what kind of person could not have "fixed" that when they noticed it. Probably the same kind of person that couldnt be bothered to put all the plastic caps back on the AC system. I thought they were there for a reason, maybe to keep dirt out of the valves. But hey, dropping over $600 on the vehicle doesnt get plastic caps put back or a turn on a draglink nut. I guess the customer didnt "approve" for the guy to tighten that, and hey, gotta get paid to turn that wrench. Well played, our vehicles will not come to this location anymore.

I bought tires from this locations 20,000 miles ago. They are 55k tires. At the time Tire World wanted to charge me another $600 for work and an alignment. I had just had an alignment done. I took my car into and alignment specialist again and they told me I was within spec. Today I took my car in because 2 of the tires I replaced need to be replaced. They informed me they would not replace the tires because I did not have them rotate the tires every 5000. I asked them were that came from they told me the manufactuer and that unless I provided proof that they had been rotated they would do nothing for me and if they did decide to replace them I would still be paying 50% of the tire. He then proceeded to tell me that my tires had never been rotated by looking at them he could tell. I then told him that they had been and asked if he was calling me a liar. He said no but he was sure they hadnt been rotated. I will NEVER use Tire World again. And I will make sure I let everyone I know know about my experience.

Have tried several places for oil changes, brake service, etc., and this place is the best! They have a FREE shuttle, so you dont have to wait around while your car gets serviced. I have a 2012 Forerunner, and my oil change here is actually almost $15 less than at Jiffy Lube. I was told by Pep Boys that I needed new brakes and they would not entertain my questions, so I chose to get a second opinion. The gentlemen at Tire World walked me through the condition of my brakes and said that new brakes would not be needed for at least half a year. When the time came, I had the brakes serviced, and I also come here for every oil change and plan on using them for any / all services required. You can schedule your repair or service online. Check the website for coupons, and they do offer military discounts. Professional and honest: no sales pitches, and theyre not dismissive when you ask questions. I know Ive already mentioned it, but the free shuttle is very convenient!!

Ive relied on Tire World West for years for oil changes and general maintenance. When Im ready for new tires, I will get them there. I recently took my car in for an oil change. I suspected maintenance was due (or even overdue) and that I might even need an alignment. They looked up my maintenance record and found that some items should be checked. I was expecting a call with a long list of things that needed to be fixed. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything looked good except for an air filter that needed to be replaced. I know other places would have taken advantage of my "I think my car may need some work." These guys didnt. They went over this list of things they checked and sent me on my way. Ill continue to be loyal to Tire World West! Love their friendly, efficient and honest staff!

Never ever go here . They put a wrong part (cv axle) in my car. After 3 weeks it started leaking axle seal. they replaced it for free. Again after 3 weeks the axle seal started leaking I went to another mechanic and they said the axle seal was not replaced then I paid 160 dollar to get the axle seal replaced then after few months the axle seal broke down while driving and when I took it to another mechanic he found that it is a wrong part. Then I went to tire world with the old part they were not even ready to look at it saying they never can misplace a part. The parts were visually so different. The manger started yelling saying he has 40 years of experience and he can never make a mistake. They were not ready to accept the mistake and they agreed to pay 150 out of the 280 I paid . very poor behaviur to a customer .

$250 waste of time and money. Ive been a loyal customer to Tire World on Centennial since the place was built, and have never had a problem. But, that has changed. Took a truck in to have an erratic idol problem fixed. After two visits and over $250, the problem was never fixed. They claimed to have removed and cleaned an idol air control sensor, but when I removed it to replace it, it was obvious that it was never cleaned, and I question whether they ever even removed at all. Too bad, because I was about to replace two sets of tires on two cars in a few weeks. I will obviously be doing this elsewhere.

I had work done a few weeks back, which I made appointment for first thing in the morning 4 days prior. I dropped it off and later found it did not hit shop until noon. The front desk representative did not communicate delays, issues, etc... I had to call them if I wanted status. Was never told the vehicle would be there overnight, but picked the vehicle up 2 1/2 days after dropping it off. The work they did seems fine, but the customer service lacks. Which is unfortunate because they lost additional work on that visit due to poor communication. I used to give these guys 5 stars.
