I was told this was a wonderful place. My friend has two beautiful kids there. She wanted me of Linda. I figured I could handle it. I do customer service and worked in childcare for years.) The teachers in the toddler room were fantastic and loving! Anna and Patrica are great ladies! After my childs FIRST day, the coordinator, who runs the place, Linda, told my husband maybe he needs something to slow him down , he should be evaluated, and a runner is a runner . (Apparently they habe no set boundaries!!)She said he was a security risk. When I confronted the teachers (Anna, Patrica), they said his behaviour was normal for a 3 year old on a first day. Anna felt sorry for my little one and gave me a hug. Patricia said it was un called for. I was told to speak with Kris. Kris basically called my husband a liar and didnt expect to see us if day 2 didnt work for them again!! Day2, the final.day, I got zero communication on how my child did! Director NOWHERE to be seen!! Dont take your child here unless they are docile sheep, or drugged. These coordinators obviously dont care about the children. LEARNING or being functional humans. Individuality is not encouraged or acceptable. The directors lack couth, energy, smiles, and professionally. After nearly a 20 minute phone call with Linda, AND speaking to Kris (directors) made me terribly uncomfortable! I was in tears! No positive feedback at all!!! So disappointed!! I had high hopes. Doctor evaluation coming next week. Doctor says he is a heathy, happy smart boy!! I couldnt agree more!! Adventures in Learning missed out on one AMAZING cuddle bug/chatterbox!!

I would urge anyone thinking about taking your infant here, please dont. We took my son here because it was near our house, the most affordable and had space. He ended up getting flat head syndrome because he spent all day in a bouncer. I would go to pick him up and there would be a line of babies all in bouncers. I complained about this, and they started to have him out more. The owner Linda always sends workers home early if there arent many kids there, and she takes care of them (to save money Im sure). I was picking my son up at around 5pm, and when I got out of my car, I could hear him screaming from way outside. I ran over, and Linda was outside the infant house, talking with one of the workers, and my son was in the infant house, completely alone and in so much distress, it was obvious he had been left alone for some time. Never went back. Disgraceful and put my child in serious danger.

We love Adventures in Learning. We have been taking our kids here for 4 years and appreciate the loving and safe environment. From the infant room through Preschool, our kids have been well cared for, learned a lot, and love their teachers. The huge playground is great for running around, playing, digging, and just being kids. The number of toddler rooms has helped our kids stay with their peers and continue to learn and grow. They do a lot of art projects, read to the kids often, dance to kid music, and really helped make potty training easier for us. My kids have a great time, give their teachers big hugs, and sometimes would rather stay and play than go home. The staff has been consistent throughout our time there and you can tell that they enjoy what they are doing and really do love the kids and their families. I cannot say enough good things about AIL and the loving care they provide.

I signed my daughter up for before and after school program to bus to Bradley. The staff is AMAZING! MY daughter had a very hard time when I left in the morning and they were so helpful. Everything was great until I was informed that mid school year they will no longer be bussing in the morning. To make this change mid year is awful. I wrote a letter and was told that they would figure something out and do not want to leave families in trouble. I was very relieved. Then a few weeks later I got a phone call saying that they will not figure anything out because it does not make financial sense to bus one child. The other families were able to make other arrangements. Im disgusted that a child care Center would make this change mid year and not consider how they are affecting the families.

Adventures in Learning looks like a basic place to plop your kids. But as you may know sometimes its not just the place that your kids are in that matter, Its the people that engage with your kids that matter too. The director of this facility is a wonderful lady, with loads of experience and patience. Along with everyone in the facility. very happy people. Kids get free time, along with some structure...and are fed on a timely schedule, with praise from my very own daughter who is known to be extremely picky. Again at first look this place isnt the fanciest, but it is clean happy and structured without stress to your kids.

We really enjoyed our time at Adventures in Learning. Our kiddo was in the infant class and moved between a couple different classrooms during his time there. The teachers were really lovely and showed genuine concern for our kiddo and his classmates. He loved going to "school" every day. We were only there for a short time but we saw regular improvements in processes and the structure of the room. I only wish they had a part time option for the little ones. We would have stayed if they did!

The worst day care program EVER. Its just a dirt yard run by a cranky old lady who serves the kids moldy straw berries, and held meetings every week where she would give my kids candy for "relieving their sins" and my family is into even Christian but she forces them to anyway! It is the dirtiest and the WORST DAYCARE PROGRAM EVER!!!!!! Take it from me and never put your kids here!!!

My oldest had an amazing experience but when I went to enroll mynewborn the woman on the phone in charge of that section was very short and rude seemed very frustrated and stated "Thats just the way I am" I wouldnt want my child around someone like that.

Our son has been attending Adventures in Learning since he was 14 weeks old. The infant staff is warm and wonderful. Leaving your baby with a stranger can be difficult but Nada is very caring and my son seems happy to see her every morning.
