I left my steady job that I was unhappy at because they found me position that paid more and that was supposed to become permanent after my 90 days, 3 weeks in this place laid off 32 people, WTF. Then they have me all over the place with a whole bunch of different companies, not making nearly enough money. Finally they put me with a good company, or so I thought, this place tells aerotek they love me one day and 2 days later they send me home because I was sick and then call aerotek and tells them I missed to work (really you sent me home idiots) and that I had too many customers that didnt like me, really you say this 2 days after you tell them you love me. Lastly they put me with 24-7 in touch, a call center, day one we waited 3 hours for that trainer to get there, and after that it was just a klusterfuck, not only that but there was this loud mouth kid that in all honesty scared the life out of me, when I called to tell aerotek that I didnt feel safe going back there they flipped out on me, so unprofessional. This place is terrible, they promise you things then never deliver. Dont go through them to find a job, I found a much better job on my own with a great reputable company that I love, you should do the same, cut out the middle man (aerotek) you are much better off without them.

I called to get information about an employees site location "Jen" answered and was extremely rude and attempted to be demeaning. She literally repeated herself 4 times like an idiot and is probably one of those employees who think they are in a higher position than they really are. When i asked to speak to a supervisor she just left me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Jessica who was the complete opposite of "Jen" and told me that the supervisors werent even there and they were on a company picnic. So basically "Jen" had no intention of transferring me at all. She sounds like she needs to be trained again or maybe is just too comfortable at her job. Definitely not a good look.

I would strongly recommend working with Yuki Matsuzaki and Casey Quaglia if you are a candidate in the Professional Services Industry. I would say my experience with Aerotek has been nothing but positive and these two are the ones who made it happen. Yuki has a very rare talent of being honest while also helping you find the right position. It is rare to work with someone that can not only tell you what positions you are qualified for, but also provide professional feedback on which positions you may be interested in, but not possess the most desired skills. The honesty and professionalism I think is what sets Aerotek apart from the competition.

Aerotek, specifically Lindsey W. has been wonderful to work with. She is the best recruiter Ive worked with, shes genuine, a hard worker and always follows up on anything she says she will do. I have worked with Lindsey for almost 2 years and I am amazed at how hard she works. She got me a job and stayed in touch throughout the job, she even helped on the Aerotek end of things when I had a paycheck shortage. She was there for me when my old company cut the contractors. She has been extremely helpful in helping me look for a new position, its just a waiting game though. If you are searching for a job, Lindsey is an excellent resource to have.

If i could i would rate this company at a zero. I had an assignment with this company and had nothing but problems. First off it took them almost two months to get my direct deposit straight. Then I would call and send emails without a return response. My contact had went on maternity leave and did not let me know who her back up contact will be. Then at my request I asked them not to extend the contract at the site where they had placed me due to the unprofessionalism at that site and they wanted to say I was unprofessional because i wanted to be placed at a more professional job site. And I never received my last check from them.

Meri from Aerotek reached out to me regarding a great new position. The hiring process was fast, easy, and straight forward. All my calls and emails have been answered in less than 24 hours (if not faster). My recruiter has kept in contact with me regularly and is always willing to help regarding any questions I may have. My transition has been smooth and the overall experience has been enjoyable. Aerotek was able to reach out to me regarding an open position faster than other staffing agencies were able to. *P.S. I have submitted my resume to several jobs that they have listed, jobs for which I am more than qualified. I either never hear back from them, OR, they call me and act like I am the perfect person for the job, like I pretty much have the job -- but then I never hear a peep from them. Either way, it is a dead end. I have never had any sort of positive outcome when dealing with Aerotek. It is unfortunate that they have their hands in so many companies. I feel that the companies that use Aerotek to fill vacant positions withing their companies are missing out on qualified candidates.

They care about you until they get paid for getting you hired then they couldnt care less. Ive had more issues getting my pay checks on time and deposited correctly than I can even remember. Very frustrating and discouraging to need your money on time and not be able to have it or even know when youll be getting it. Do not work with Yuki Matsuzaki. She couldnt care less about your issues. Estancia is the only reason they get two stars instead of one. Shes great. Casey is somewhat reliable as well for the amount of responsibility he can assume.

I did a face to face with one of the recruiters. Having all the experience needed for a job opening that he was offering. I waited 2 weeks then called and emailed him and a few days later he finally responded back and said I wasnt qualify for any job opening they have at this time??? Which set me back because I have over 10 years of customer service experience. He said he would contact me if any jobs come up. This was over 6 months ago never did hear from them again. So highly recommend you not to waist your time with aerotek.

My experiences with Jake Steese of Aerotek have been very positive. He is an excellent recruiter and has proven himself to be great advocate for me. Jake is a consummate professional and he is very detail oriented. Jake helps me prepare for interviews by going over all of the relevant details of potential employers. We are batting 100% for interviews and job offers from potential employers. I would highly recommend Jake and Aerotek to any of the professionals in my network if they need help finding employment.

I think they are ok but when you have someone call you in for an interview and then go do a drug test and then dont call you back even though you know you are clean and do not do drugs or drink I feel so down about it. I got accepted for a job never got a call back etc and its very unprofessional that they would do something of this. Let alone every job they find for me is in another county when I ask for jobs in my area. I just really do not advise use of the company even if they are very friendly.
