Nothing. I had a 1 pm appt but no one was here, at all. Checked the store, the storage area, and the staff area. No one. Around 130 or so, the guy whose shift starts at 2 comes in and I mention my problem. He goes on and a few minutes later says someone is here... Another ten minutes, nothing. I go back in the store and he and another guy are chatting. I ask if someone is goimg to work on my car...the guy I talked to before said the other one is going to, he was just llooking for me. ?? I was in the same place when he walked in..right in front of the garage!! Finally start around 145. At 220 or so, hes gone...No work being done in car, but hood is up. Finally, at 235 I ask if Im done or whats going on? He blew a fuse and cant find it on my car. Hes searching the internet to find pictures of the fuses in my type of car. What?/#&$:? Ive now been t the place for 1.5+ hours, for a job that takes an hour or less, and to besomewhere at 3. He says if he can dying find the fuse picture, itll be two seconds... Finally I suggest he call my dealer and talk to a Toyota mechanic. Said he has to have a picture. Again, what? He then left--off the clock at 245?!--in a huff and the original gentleman started helping. Asks for the owners manual--theres an idea! But why didnt the first guy think of that?! Anyway, its fixed and he asks if there was anything else wrong--how do I know and why didnt the guy finish or tell him? Lesson--the older gentleman is friendly and can help. If Jay is working, turn around.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They quoted me the wrong sized unit, and when I got there with a truck full of stuff on a hot moving day I found out it was actually two smaller units, which wouldnt fit my couch! I was so mad because I had searched for hours to find the best deal. And now I didnt have time to search again. I now had to purchase a unit that was $35 more to fit my couches!!! They WOULD NOT negotiate with me on price. THEY WOULD NOT BUDGE! Mosley, the manager at the store, said I needed to call customer service. Then Customer service said I needed to talk to the manager. It was a total run-around rink!!! (On a moving day to boot!) When I called customer service I was placed on hold 4 times, waited 40 minutes, got transferred, they dropped the call. I called back. Waited another 40 minutes. (By now its been 2 and a half hours of people saying they can not help me!!!!!) This was one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I have had IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! And in the end I was transferred to a VOICEMAIL! AVOID RENTING A STORAGE UNIT AT THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! Also, the ceilings are extremely low. You can not fit a couch standing upright in any of their units.

Set up an appointment online and was scheduled for 7:00 am. At 7:30 I told the clerk I would just take the refund because I had other appointments to keep. They offered to install for free. So I cancelled. Installers were an hour late. I waited another 35 minutes when I was told they didnt have the hitch. The hitch was at another store. I could go over there and pick it up and bring it back for installation or let the Sheridan store do it there. I went to that store they had the hitch but refused the installation. The manager wanted to charge me for the hitch that I had already paid for online. I then took the hitch to Federal location and they asked why didnt just do it over there. Then said they could not install it because they had no hardware. When I asked about refunding they couldnt because their computer system was down. I had to call the 1-800 number to request the refund. Horrible customer service and professional.

Terrible Experience! I ordered the U-Box units and had them filled up and returned to the store for 2 months storage. I then requested to have them ready for pickup and when I showed up the U-boxes were not there, nothing in their system to have them ready, they made an extra effort to get them to me the next day and it took till about 3:00pm to get them while I sat around with an empty house and paid movers. Just when I thought the ordeal was over I look at my bank account a week later and they bill me for another month a week after I get moved out of them. Then I keep trying to contact U-haul to get a refund and weeks later I still have no refund, no customer support, and still dont even know if Ill get that money back. U-haul customer support, organization, and the company as whole is a disaster! Do not use them!

Stopped in to get two propane tanks filled. The person filling the tanks refused to fill the first tank because it expired a couple months earlier. Thats understandable. He tried to fill the second tank multiple times and failed. He told me he couldnt fill the tank. I tried to explain to him the function of a bleeder valve on a tank and he defensively told me hes been doing it for 22 years and he knows what hes doing. Sadly, Ive been going to the same U-haul location for that same amount of time getting propane and I can honestly say, Ive never seen anyone fill a propane tank without loosening the bleeder valve. It appears they just dont want my business - I drove a block over and exchanged the propane bottles at the Conoco station on the corner. I wont be back to that U-Haul.

Paid over the phone, showed up to figure out what storage locker I bought, and they didnt have anything linking me to the unit. Took two hours to figure it out and put me in the system. Fast forward to a month later when I called to pay my bill, and they had no record of me being there. All of my stuff was in a unit under someone elses name. I came in to figure out what was happening, and it took another two hours to change the name and information to mine. I just now tried to log in to pay my bill (a month later) and my email, name, and address was messed up and I couldnt log in. I called once more, and the lady on the phone was the first competent person I have talked to over there, and she figured it out quickly. Overall experience, Not pleasant.

Over charged my card $38.00 In the beginning . This place is SHADY!!! Then they charged my card 2 days later for another $129.55 . They didnt even call me to tell me they are charging my card. I rent for my business all the time from another location but had to come to this one. I have to now rush to get money into that account before my rent check bounces. Rental receipt wasnt never sent proper it said I rented 2 days lie. Said I rented pads and dolly lie. Said I did the expensive insurance. Only drove 20 miles..... I drove 70. They took like 300 DOLLARS for the 129 dollar rental. Annoying I have to deal with people who dont want to do their job. Because this is lazy or people trying to get over seeing if someone catches it. SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
