Im sorry, but I just read the previous review by "babyspice"?? and I have to say that it disturbs me that someone is that upset about their experience. Now, I have a 3 year old enrolled in this school and those teachers are dedicated to each and every child. My daughter comes home every day with a smile on her face and she is completely stimulated from the time she walks in the door at 6:30 am til I pick her up in the evening. The teachers are dedicated and it makes me feel like Im leaving her with ten grandmas. Im not one to knock anyone for their opinion, but I feel that the last review is based on an 8th graders experience. I, personally didnt like MY school when I was in 8th grade, but, now, I appreciate it for what it was worth. My daughter has learned so much from that school and I absolutely love everything about it. Ive tasted the "disgusting food" as babyspice put it, and its much better than anywhere Ive ever gone to school (try college dorm food baby spice....youll be investing in a lot of ramen noodles) I love the fact that I can walk in at 6 am, 12pm, 2pm, 6pm and the school is neat, clean, clean smelling and the kids are having fun. This review is from a real mom to another real mom. Definately invest your childs future at this school. Its worth it. Miss Sandy-- youre the best! And your staff is the best Colorado has to offer!! --Trish

As a former educator myself who has high standards for the education and experiences my daughter receives, I have nothing but good things to say about La Petite, Miss Sandy and the rest of the staff. My daughter has attended La Petite since she was old enough and has been there almost three years now. During that time she has grown and learned immensely. Even though she is still 9 months away from Kindergarten she and her classmates have far surpassed the recommended skills needed for entering Kindergarten (recognizing letters, counting to twenty, writing their names...). My daughter consistently blows my mind with the things she learns throughout the day. One of the things I noticed immediately was the amount of time most of the teachers had been at La Petite, it is quite extraordinary, especially in a field that is renowned for high turnover. I mean the building itself is dedicated to Miss Sandy. I would not hesitate for a minute to send another child to this school and would recommend it unequivocably.

My son has been attending La Petite Academy since he was 3. He is now 7 and still enjoys going there before and after school. We believe that the teachers are very enriching to the young minds of the future children. Its also great to find that the teachers have been there for quite some time. That rarely happens in todays society. When my son started going to Kindergarten, he was told by his teacher that his skills are above and beyond what is required for Kindergarten. I truly believe that it was from the dedication and great teachers at La Petite. His motor skills and learning capabilities just blow my mind. I feel that my son has always been very safe at the facility as well as taken care of at all times. I would recommend this facility to anybody at anytime. Thank you Ms. Sandy, Ms. Donna and all the other teachers who touch our childrens lives, we truly depend on you!!!!!

After being discouraged by the high turnover at the day care we were using. I was quite impressed by the longevity of the teachers at this La Petite Academy. Next to the door of this center is a plaque dedicating the center to the director, Ms. Sandy, who has been the director there since before I was born. My daughter enjoyed this school very much, the teachers are kind and caring, kept me informed of my daughters struggles and successes and I felt quite comfortable leaving her in their loving care. My 2 and half year old had just started potty training and I was concerned about the transition affecting her progress, but she continued to be successful without a hitch. I was sorry we had to move away and recommend this center to anyone looking for loving and professional care for their children.

Grateful to have found Mrs Sandy and her Teachers!!! We enrolled our toddler here almost 1 year ago. I have to say this was the best decision we could have made. Its so hard to find a place where you feel safe leaving your child. From the initial meeting with Mrs Sandy and the teachers I knew this was the right place. It felt like I was around family. My daughter was so excited to start going. Im amazed at the activities they do on a daily basis will all the children. My daughter comes home singing new songs every day and is excited to tell me what shes learned. Beside all of this, they provide structure....which every kids needs in my opinion. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone looking for safe, fun learning environment for their children. Cami

ive sent both my kids to this school, and i would not ever re-think my decision. amazing place. teachers are present and caring and know each parent and family individually. i dont know how they make everyone seem so important, but they are good at it! my oldest entered kindergarten so far ahead academically in reading and writing, yes i said reading and writing. and my daughter will be going into the public school system this august and is writing her name everywhere! they have made life-long friends at this school, and i have met parents who are now part of my life. my kids are more confident and social and communicative. all around, my entire family is 100x better off for having found miss sandy, miss donna, and their entire staff. thank you! - jenni.

My 5-year old daughter has been attending this La Petite since she was 2-years old! As an educator myself, I value the investment I have made for her at this school and wouldnt think twice about recommending it to everyone I know. Ms. Sandy and her staff are highly skillful and dedicated educators who support children both academically and emotionally to be independent and school-ready. As my daughter gears up for her first year in Kindergarten, it is clear that she is highly prepared to be successful. She is currently performing, in preschool, at the same level as the kindergarteners at my school! I am nothing but impressed with everything about this school-- and cant ever thank them enough for all they have done for my daughter and my family.

Dear Ms. Prudence, Ms. Elaine and Ms. Lola. My daughter knew of La Petite before she was even born. :) We have been long time friends of the previous Directors and even though they have left, there was no doubt in my mind my child would be attending La Petite. It has been a transition from her being taken care of at home for the first two years but you all have embarrassed her with open arms and have made her feel loved and accepted. I have always known you all were great and had no doubts in my mind leaving her with you. You continue to prove that each day I pick her up. Her face is filled with a huge smile and I can tell she learns so much from you all. Thank you for all you do!
