I have been here for the past two years, never had issues getting a hair cut. However, On Tuesday August 25th, 2015 at around 2:30 PM, I went to get a hair cut and I had a bad experience with the barber. The barber was a white male with ear lobe gauges (lobe extension). He wouldnt give me his name. When I walked in he was playing with his phone and did not want to be bothered. He told me the credit machine was not working and I should pay only cash. So I asked him how much the hair cut would cost, He repeatedly told me starting price of $14.00 instead of telling me what the final cost would be, and he said I should read the posted signs for cost instead of asking him. I was only interested in the end cost since I had to pay cash and wanted to know if I have enough money. He repeatedly kept showing me an attitude like a teenager who was not interested in his job. I asked me were to sit, He even made a big deal about it and made a hand motion on were the chair is located, like this is something I should know. He kept asking me how short I wanted my hair, He wanted exact inches and centimeters. I told him I never had any barbers ask me the exact inches to be cut. He told me he cannot cut it, if did not know the exact inches. Overall he made my experience horrible, this caused me to walk out of the store and go to another barber shop. I would not recommend this Barber to anyone. He kept telling me he was manager and no one else worked there which I believe is a lie, overall I would not work recommend this Barber to anyone.

Ive went in to Metro barber twice now and both times it was joke. First visit I asked for an under cut fade and was told they dont do that there. The second time I went in there was no one even in the shop sign up said gone on break. I noticed another sign up saying that the credit card machine was down no internet so couldnt take cards. I went and got cash went back the barber was finally in there I had asked to get my sons hair cut and he said itll be at least a hour and a half wait because he was going on lunch. I left and went to another shop. These people arent professional and turn down profit constantly. Better off going somewhere else. Honestly I give them no stars

Went in with my boyfriend to get his hair cut on 5/11/16, after being greeted with a mildly disinterested "What do you want" we were immediately told the credit card machine was down and would need to pay cash....from the look of similar reviews from 8 months ago, maybe you should just have a sign up front saying cash only since the credit card machine is obviously permanently broken....It would save the guy working the hassle of greeting would be customers....we walked 2 stores down to Mastercuts and got what we needed

Really rude barber, white male with earplugs Ive in about 5 or more times,and I like to give people the benefit of the double, just in case there having bad day , this place use to have a full staff ,but something happened and it gone way down hills. Now you it seem it just this guy and he hates his job and anyone Who comes in . Save you money and go to a barber that takes pride in there work.and not this one with a bad attitude, Im sure he mess peoples hair up on purpose just to spite them for coming in.

I would rate ZERO stars if possible. Shady people there. Charged me more than the posted price for sons haircut. They stated the prices werent updated. Also charged a dollar to pay with debit card after telling me they actually only accept cash only. Hopefully the owner knows about the shady things going on. Wouldnt be surprised if reps were pocketing the "cash only"
