These guys changed my life! I went to Chris back in 2010 for my first treatment as the top of my head was turning into a desert. Chris recommended 2000 grafts so I immediately signed up. Chris gave me some simple instructions like "DON"T DRINK BEFORE THE SURGERY" and "keep your incision area and scalp clean and scab free". These are NOT difficult instructions to follow. If you do this, you will have great success. If you dont follow these instructions, you will have problems. Its that simple. I did what Chris told me and was super happy with the results. As a couple of years passed and my "original" hair kept falling out, I went back to Chris for another fill-in treatment in March, 2014. Again, I did what Chris told me and guess what? My hair grew in fuller than ever!!! Imagine that!?!? My third visit was in June, 2016. I probably didnt "need" the 3rd procedure but I wanted a super full look. Its been 10 months and since this is the 3rd procedure, things take a couple/few extra months to finish coming in. Im about 40% in from the 3rd treatment and it keeps getting fuller each week. I am loving this!!!! Everyone LOVES me with a full head of hair. When I go back to SC to visit friends and family, they cant believe how good I look. This stuff will change your life...IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! The negative reviews seem to be from an angry guy, making up multiple usernames, who didnt do what he was told because he is either an alcoholic that cant put the bottle down for a couple of days or he is just irresponsible and wants to blame someone else for his incompetence. Some of the usernames this guy made up are ridiculous...Hank Hill?!?!? Give me a break! News flash! Alcohol thins your blood and prevents the grafts from taking root! If you show up drunk or go home and drink afterward, you are going to have poor results. IT"S YOUR FAULT!!!! Is it so hard to stay sober for a few days?!?!?! Chris and his staff are 1st class all the way. Thats why I kept going back. They changed my life for the better in a major way and they will for you too. Just, for gosh sakes, stay sober, clean your scalp and see if everything doesnt just work out. Dont believe me? Dont think Im real? Call Chris and ask for my number. Ill be happy to tell you in person how much better things are thanks to Chris and his staff. Heck, Im local in Denver, you can come meet me in person! Just ask Chris and give me a call! Thats how much Chris and his staff mean to me. I cant stand sorry ass trolls that blame others for their self inflicted problems. Chris is for real. What he does is for real. It works, and it will change your life. Mark L.

I had the hair inplant procedure done at the hair institute where they slice a horizontal cut on the back of your head for harvesting and place the transplants in the front for coverage. After the surgery I realized that they had placed the transplants very randomly and they were seperated considerably between each transplant. I went back after a year because the results were poor. When confronting Chris I realized that my gut feeling about him being a scetchy character was right. He said he wasnt able to find my file but scheduled me for a redo. I accepted this but gave another $1400 dollars to get a larger quantity of grafts done (the total now $5000.00). I had the procedure done again at this point. At the procedure toward the end I saw Chris and asked him the quantity of grafts that were transplanted this time. It was obvious to me that he shot a number from the hip. I honestly dont believe that they transplanted the amount of grafts that I had paid for on either procedure. I went back yet again after a year because of.. you guessed it dissapointing results. I had it done YET AGAIN a thinrd time! You guessed it..still poor results. After looking at numerous pictures and videos from other locations online I confirmed that the procedure at the hair center is scetch at best. The grafts are placed randomly and you wont get the amount that you paid for.Do your diligence and watch the procedure online at the place your going to use. Make sure that they are placing the inplants close together in rows and not just here and there all over. Make sure your using a renowned doctor. Dont make the mistake I did by using the hair institute.

I"m a 71 year old that felt for may years my receding hairline was interfering with my personal and business life and last January got serious about getting something done. I guess the idea of a transplant was initially out of the question only because of the fear of the unknown. Im seating here today to say how happy I am to have gone through the procedure and at five (5) months out, I feel confident that it was one of my best personal decisions. Im not to generous when it come to writing reviews or making recommendations but I find it important to people, men for sure, that age should not be a concern if you desire a hair transplant. Kris was my first contact by phone at Colorado Surgical Center and Hair Institute, he assured me my age had nothing to do with it and took time to explain the procedure in detail. Because I live in Illinois and checked other clinics, especially in the Chicago area, I found I received more information from Kris then most all combined. Kriss casual approach was not only reassuring but comforting, he seems to have a strong sense of what a patients concerns are and tends to take any apprehension out of the process. Kris is a very positive and assuring guy and along with his team I could have not felt any more important to them before , during and after my transplant follow up. I followed my post op instruction to the letter and am extremely satisfied with the way my hair is coming in and although it takes a full year to achieve my goal, it was certainly worth the time and money to have my transplant done in Denver at the Colorado Surgical Center & Hair Institute.

My initial service was decent, the people there are really nice and the procedure seemed to go well. Then coming back for the second round was a much different experience. They had me take the Valium when arriving, early in the morning (8am) just like the first time but this time it took a lot longer to start the transplants. Around 4 pm the pain was so unbearable that the local shots had no effect and they still had a whole section middle front area that needed to be implanted. Also I remember that while the surgeon was cutting from the donor area he says "You must have had a football injury once". I was high but remember wondered why he said that. Well, I now know what he was talking about.. it was the scar from the first surgery. Currently I have a huge area that is missing hair going from the back of one ear to the other. Im thinking that Ive ended up with more bare skin showing than I started out with. The second cut over my first cut was a major source of my pain during the surgery too. Currently my hair looks really bad because there are successful transplants on the front hairline and then almost nothing behind it. I use a brown hair marker every morning in an attempt to hide the scar and if I laugh there is an aching pain coming from that area. My quality of life hasnt gotten any better, hopefully Ill have the money again once day to get this fixed.
