Our family comes from a long line of child caregivers, Im a psychologist, and my husband is a pediatric dentist. We have experienced other day care centers with our children, who have loved every one... except this one. Interactions with the owner and local manager have many times been rude and inconsiderate, with frequent comments about "liability" rather than a focus on quality childcare. The last two occasions when we came back to pick up our 2-year-old, he had poop and urine in his pullup. He is well into potty training and remains dry at his school where they reasonably take him every 30 minutes to 1 hour. At Kidstown, when we asked them to keep up with his potty training after the second occasion where our son had a heavily soiled diaper at pickup, the managers response was, "We check their diaper every 2 hours," without acknowledging that they should be actively working to take him to the potty, particularly since we pay more per hour for his age group because of this need. When our older son went after school on one occasion, he told us, "I really dont like it, they dont listen to me." We noticed that the television is on often when we pick up, and there are more children than they seem to be able to manage with the available staff. It will cost our family more to find a different solution, but it will be worth every penny.

KidsTown is great. I was referred here 3 years ago by my boss, who said it was his best kept secret in Parker. I never would have dreamed of dropping my kids off at a drop-off place, but his standing ovation gave me that confidence to try it. I cant tell you how pleased I was. Its affordable and flexible. It allows us to go on date nights. It serves as our backup solution for any surprises that come up when we have to work. The staff are always so nice. You can also physically see the entire area from anywhere in the facility, so when you walk in you immediately see your little one behind the half wall. If you are looking for somewhere that offers one-on-one potty training or help learning to read or something, this isnt exactly the place. But if youre looking for your kids to have several hours of care where they can play with other kids in a relaxed atmosphere, or even watch a movie in the evening on a Friday night while you enjoy dinner with your spouse, you will absolutely love it here, and so will your kids :) Perfect place, I love it.

Kidstown is a life saver! I have four kiddos and have been taking my kids here for almost three years. When we first moved here, I didnt know anyone and after attempting to take all of the kids to various appointments, errands, and school activities, I decided to give Kidstown a try. It was such a stress reliever for me! I could take my older kids where they needed to go without having to stress about what the little kids were going to do. My toddlers LOVE going there. The staff has been super kind and friendly. And, I love that theyre so diligent with their safety policies. I dont stress about whether my kids are safe or not while there. I use both the Parker and Castle Rock locations, and its great because some of the employees work at both places so whichever one we go to, my kids have faces that they recognize. I really cannot say enough good things about Kidstown. If you havent tried them and youre a busy mom with little kiddos, give them a shot! You will be so glad you did!!!

We have been using the Parker location for 9 years for our son and daughter. Our kids are getting older now so we dont use it as often but when they were younger we were frequent fliers. A wonderful experience each time for both us and our children. I have never encountered any rudeness nor did they ignore my children and plop them in front of the TV. They interact with them, play games and do a fantastic job. I have referred several friends to this location and theyve been very happy as well. It has been a life saver over the years. I highly recommend the Parker location!

I love that I can just drop off my kid anytime for a few hours and go take care of errands. Its clean, lots of toys and activities for the kids, great staff.
