Ive had 2 major repairs done here as a result of getting rear-ended. Each time they were so fast, they did perfect work and their prices are WAY more reasonable than Abra or Aspen, where Ive been in the past. Today I came in to ask about some paint chips in my bumper and instead of trying to sell me something, they gave me some good practical advice to help me take care of the problem myself for cheap. You have to request these people if you have an insurance claim and if youre footing the bill for body work out of your own pocket, you DEFINITELY want these guys. Their work is just as good as Abra or Aspen but much more reasonably priced, they are faster, they guarantee their work for life and you can actually get an appointment with them this year instead of having to wait for Abra for 11 months.

I stopped in for an estimate and they were in a conference call, but I left the car anyway with a note. They never called me (throughout the service) but when I called back they were happy to look at it that day. They ended up offering a good price (to re-attach the front bumper) and got it fixed the next morning except for a part that had to be ordered. I had to call again to find out if the part was in (despite their promise to call me) but then I got it over and they put it on right away. So in the end, good quality work, good price, friendly people but not great at communication.

James Chiles gave me an amazing experience although I just had a horrible accident, then I was so stressed dealing with the insurance through 2 months since it was a multiple cars involved. I had 2 claims and James was very professional, courteous, efficient and punctual. He has helped me and explained to me very details how things go. I am very grateful because he helped me for my deductible as well. I would recommend this place to everyone. Best service in town!!!

I was side-swiped and had my mirror knocked off my car. With just one call to Service King I had a good estimate for how much the repair would cost, and I set the appointment with them. Raul and everyone I spoke to there was incredibly helpful. The repair was completed on time, and even cost less than what they first told me, and it looks great. Getting in an accident is never a good experience but the team at Service King really made it so much easier on me.

I stopped in to get an estimate, and tey couldnt be bothered. Apparently a conference call scheduled in 10 minutes was more important than a customer in the waiting area so they sent me packing. This shop wont get my money- in my experience if a company treats their customers this badly at the start the experience will only get worse. for some reason I imagine Id get my car back with a shoddy repair and some lame excuses. Dislike.

I couldnt have asked for a better place to take my car to for its hail repair damage. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they called me every day with updates about how everything was going, and did such a great job repairing all damages my car looks better than the day I bought it! Best part was they were able to get my car back to me in only 7 days. Im so impressed I would recommend this place to anyone!

Went in on 6/15/2016 to get estimate on getting a huge dent in my front fender fixed. Was told that it would cost me couple thousand dollars because the whole front fender would have to be replaced. IM FEMALE NOT STUPID. I went home and fixed it my self, did not have to replace the fender . just had to be pushed out. So before you go here for any repairs - get second opion, they just want to rip you off.

I took my car in on 4/13/16, and was told it would be ready on 4/22/16. It is now 4/27/16, and I am being told it wont be ready for a couple more days. They also did not bother to tell me it was being delayed again.
