Ive been a regular client at Lanphier since moving to the area in 2004. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. For the past 6 years I have worked almost exclusively with Kelsey for therapeutic massage. I suffered a serious neck injury playing football as a high school freshman (over 40 years ago!), so for me massage is about more than just pampering and relaxation--it is a critical part of my mobility and pain management strategy. Kelsey is committed to her work, and never stops finding ways to expand and improve her skills. In the time Ive known her Ive watched her transform from an excellent therapist to a world class therapist. Like everyone at Lanphier, Kelsey is excellent with people and great at her work. I will continue to be a loyal client and I highly recommend Lanphier for your personal maintenance needs!

I booked a consult with Dr. Herman (Lanphier Medical Aesthetics) thinking that I would sort of price shop and make an appointment if I decided it was worth it. Honestly, for this being a higher-end spa, his prices are very reasonable. I decided to get botox the same day and then I scheduled an IPL for two weeks later. I am now three weeks after my IPL and my skin looks AMAZING! I wanted more botox than Dr. Herman felt I needed and I’m glad I didn’t do more. I wasn’t sure at first but my forehead and eye lines are gone and he saved me at least a couple hundred dollars by being conservative!

Went for a facial, they charge you $160 for a microderm then another $100 for a regular facial. This is absurd. I have had full facial with microderm total cost $150 in Orange County, the spa capital and in NYC. The treatment itself was at best OK, nothing to get excited about. The owners need to get hold of themselves and revisit their price list or significanlty improve their services. For now I will stick with my cosmetic surgeions office for these treatments..........

went in for a facial for first time with this spa last week and thought it was average... a bit too pricey for what it was worth. the products they used (MD from Dr. Dennis Gross) is affordable and I would rather just do my own than to pay WAY more than the product is worth. ladies at front desk were not friendly. i dont believe i will be going back.

I always feel welcome and cant wait to go back to this place, very professional, warm and a local feel. The front desk girls are so helpful and eager to help. They always have a bright smile. I know what to buy for everyone for holidays, gift certificate to lanphier. Keep it up. Darien needs a place like this.

The manager was the sweetest woman ive ever met, and the wax lady charged me 5 dollars less then I expected. Also, the hair people are great. The only con was having my blow dry experience cut short by a customer who was complaining. Out of all the salons around town, this one makes me feel the most relaxed.

Horrible experience!!!!! I recently had a massage at Lanphier with a massage therapist named Tom, he was very unprofessional, smelled of alcohol, appeared hung over and his hands were shaking the whole time. I was disgusted!!!. I will never go back there again and dont recommend it to anyone.

I have been going for over 10 years. I like it. Lanphier had hired Monica as a manager and I thought it was a mistake. She wasnt good for the business. She is out now, I hope the new management changes things around a bit to keep their old clients happy!

Have had Kelsey for two massages - deep tissue with hot rocks and then just deep tissue - both were amazing. The hot rocks make it something special...so soothing and relaxing. Have had some strained muscles and felt 125% better...thanks to Kelsey.

Stopped in on my way home from Stamford last week--loved it!! Got the 60 minute massage and my wife had a facial. Lanphier was very accommodating despite the fact that we did not have an appointment. Will definitely be back!
