If youre desperate for work, they are your friend. But dont expect anything more than the bottom of the barrel. Expect to be consistently misled as to the nature of your assignments. Expect to have outside applicants being hired for more money, while you toil as a perma-temp who is somehow too difficult to hire. Yes, it is somehow too expensive to hire a temp on permanent Ive heard. So many companies hire off the street while filling jobs temporarily with the likes of you. And vacation time? Impossible to get if you do the math. They will make you feel like a real loser in no time at all. And dont expect to get jobs that have anything to do with your qualifications, they dont care about your precious little resume.

Though I did not accept the position I initially applied for, I did get a very pleasant short term placement before moving on to something permanent. I found the staff to be pleasant and easy to deal with. Though applying is very easy and a great online system, be warned: getting placed takes a very long time. If you are looking for a change, these folks can help, but if youre in need of an immediate job, this might not be the location to look.

Worst agency to work with! They set impossible standards to receive holiday pay (illegally). They also do not communicate with you at all about your current position including pay information or contract information. They refused to renew my contract even though the company I was working for kept requesting it because I had a great work ethic and was an asset to their company. They did not even communicate that they were ending the contract.

These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what they are doing. They never follow through on anything they say they are going to do and are much more of a hassel than they are worth. Drive a little further down Route 5 to JobPro in East Hartford. They are professional, organized and have a decent pool of employers. I got nothing but headaches from Adecco, and nothing but job offers from JobPro.

the most unprofessional place to get hired by specially if you deal with Tyler. they offer a position when you start working the position is on hold or other employees are waiting for it ..if you quit they give you a hard time to get paid ...if they call you keep this in mind ...He thinks he owns your soul once you start working for him

Bottom of the barrel would be a compliment. This agency is more like the putrid backwash of corporate America gone awry. I dont know which is more insulting to humanity; the belittling, incompetent staff, or the degrading, low pay, hopeless, thankless, dead end permatemp assignments.

I had the worst experience dealing with these people. Nothing but rude, short, and lazy employees that cant be bothered to do their job. I would highly recommend CLP Staffing over these guys or any other recruiters office, to be frank. What a waste of time.
