GREAT SERVICE& FAIR PRICE! I have been paying through the nose at the local Mercedes dealer with unfriendly service writers who always charge hourly rate for diagnostic even when they cant find the problem! My friend Rich who has had his German Cars serviced by FCM for years recommended I drive to Norwalk and let them look over the Mercedes1969 280se I was considering buying. Horty & Steve were straightforward with me regarding the work the vehicle required. I took their advice purchased the vehicle & had the repairs done. I couldnt be happier with my Benz, it drives great! I will continue to drive from Danbury to Norwalk to have the guys maintain it! Finally, the real thing! They dont make them like these guys anymore. I heard about Horty and Steven from a few different people over a couple of years. They are diligent, straightforward with fine workmanship and had my budget in mind. They discouraged work I was ready to do explaining it was not necessary. I see why some people have been using them for 10 - 20 years and some travel from out of state.

Stay away. Poor quality of work, will always find new problems without fixing old ones that you paid for. Ruined my mint mercedes benz.
