I for one cannot disagree with Chris C. more. I was having a zipper put on my coat and also getting it cleaned. They promised me my coat would be ready today according to the ticket. I rushed home to pick up the ticket so that I could run over there before they closed at 6:30. I got there and the girl working there could not find my coat. She called someone (Im guessing the manger or owner) who told her my coat had not been cleaned yet. The girl then told me it may be ready tomorrow or Thursday but could not be sure at all. They didnt even apologize for failing to have my coat cleaned by the time it was supposed to be ready and now cant even tell me when it would be ready. This is not good service and I will not use them again.

The worst customer service ever. They ruined my expensive dress shirt and told me they would give me $20. I have been going there for 7-8 years and this is how they treat their good customers. They would rather screw a customer for $20 rather than keep them coming back. I recommend you take your dry cleaning somewhere else. I know I will.

dropped off pants to get a whole sewn up, they did not need to be cleaned. went to pick them up they were cleaned & the whole was still there. had to pay for the cleaning although that is clearly not what i needed. i suppose ill be finding a new place to take my dry cleaning/ sewing needs.

Its fine. Been going there for almost 15 years. The 1 star review because the jacket wasnt ready.....oh my, the tragedy!!!! Get over it.
