My experience with Aerotek was above and beyond all my expectations when I was looking for a career change. I worked directly with Mathew and Kathrine as they handled all aspects of the interview and hiring process for me - I originally reached out to Mathew because of Aeroteks outstanding reputation among recruiting firms. Within 48 hours of meeting Mathew and Kathrine I was offered a full-time position that met all my salary, location, and compensation package needs. My relationship with Aerotek has unquestionably been wonderful and superb. Just before joining their organization, I was experiencing considerable difficulty in securing employment, or even being called for an interview with organizations that I was applying to work with. But after just having one call with Aerotek, my fortunes started to change and they very much changed for the better. I had a brief phone conversation with Ryan Nadeau, an Aerotek recruiter and he quickly arranged for me to have an in person interview with him so that we can discuss a great position that was listed by one of their notable clients. Elizabeth from Aerotek its one of the best recruiters. Always look out for the employees , its a great resource and a motivation. Since Ive got hired & referred by her to a call center she had always been looking out for my progress and making sure Im satisfied with my position. I really recommend her if you ever have any questions or concerns while working at Aerotek. At first when I met her I knew this company was great , the way she explains everything on the interview its exactly what it is as of now. My contact was Christopher Romano at this particular location. His enthusiasm and professionalism are secondary to the tenacity and perseverance he demonstrated when handling me as a candidate. Aerotek is as legitimate and reputable an agency as you can ever find, but Chris went above and beyond any expectation. Me being in NY and their office in CT made me a little apprehensive at first since the client was up in Westchester county. However, Chris took the time to address any and all concerns while following up with immediate solutions, alternatives and reassurance. Days would pass, but Chris always followed up, providing me with a status and disclosing the agencys next steps and future plans almost on a daily basis. Initially, the client was done hiring anyone else, but Chris resilience and diligence resulted in an offer! Whether I was hired or not became less of a concern after seeing how hard they work for their people. Needless to say I got the job! and walked away with a sense of security resulting from Chris integrity and work ethic. Thank you Aerotek (and Chris!), keep up the great work.

I have the #1 recruiter in my book Tyler Levin, He is very pleasant and professional. Tyler has displayed an amazing response time in getting back to me on the dime with any questions or concerns that I have ever inquired about. In my personal opinion I feel that Tyler exceeds the expectation that are required to work with Aerotek- He has established a relationship with me that will never be forgotten. On holidays he has sent cards out and even called that will last a lifetime in my book. Having the experience of being a Manager I feel that Tyler shows great aptitude for leadership. Tyler is an active listener, managers his time well, and demonstrates exceptional professionalism and conscientiousness about quality of work. Although Tyler works exceptionally well independently, he could benefit from additional team-building skills and experiences in my book. I would highly suggest Aerotek if you need help getting your foot in the door, or just finding work in general. Kudos to Tyler Levin for being the best recruiter in my book!!!!!

I dealt with Steven Monick. At first I thought he was helpful because he got me an interview with a company within 2 days and then two days later I was hired. I overlooked his aggressiveness (calling eight times a day berating me for not calling him back within one hour) I still thought highly of him when I began my contract. Then after three weeks calls me 6:45 PM Friday night, tells me " you were a pleasure to work with, but because of accuracy issues you are terminated from your contract" That was the first time I heard feedback and then I was terminated. I had no experience in medical claims so I was of course after three weeks still learning my job. He then called me saying there is another position within the same company. I was interested. I kept asking him the hours. He told me 8:30-5:30. He then called me Friday to say the position is open but the hours are 12:30-9 PM. I turned the job down and then he cut me off and never returned my phone calls.
