Got the worse haircut of my life here smh first and last time dont go to the barber that doesnt have any costumers theres a reason for it he didnt kno what a low fade was and then cut me in response to owner: i dont know the barbers name however he was an older black guy and it was at the west haven location, i sat in the chair for well over 2 hours the barber next to him finished with 3 costumers in the time this guy did mine and instead of the Low fade that i asked for he did a half ass taper and cut my neck several times and then blamed it on my skin.

My husband and I have been bringing our boys to MLB for many years! The owner has been cutting our oldests hair since he was a baby and we have never been disappointed! What I appreciate the most is that when my husband cant bring the boys, I can and I dont feel uncomfortable or out of place at all. Also, all of the barbers stay educated on trends and have a lot of talent. No matter what my kids ask for at the shop, the barbers can do it. We are very lucky to have both the EH and WH locations. BEST barber shops around!

disappointed. I just moved to the area. Ive been looking for a good barber. I have been recommended a lot by the barbershop. I asked the barber to make a cut with scissors on the top. But he decided to do it with the machine and ruin my hair . I let him know my discontent and he gets angry and argues with me. Saying that if I do not like the haircut i dont have to pay. I just wanted a solution Is my image and I do not think it should be taken lightly especially when you are paying for a service.

Went to this shop one time worst haircut in 40 years and my son ever. The barber didnt have correct edges to do the job to the best of his ability. Only a idiot would use a razor on a 6 year old childs head few days later me and my son booth had razor bumps. I was extremely surprised because I heard so many great things about this place. You need edgers and trimmers not clippers and razor. Got better hair cut in boot camp
