I made a comment 8 months ago about the unsatisfied service I received at Monro Winsted CT. Since that comment a new manager named Carlos took over that has been exceptional and extraordinary. He helped resolve the problem I had 8 months ago and we have been a customer ever since. My whole family goes now. Carlos is very trust worthy and honest and makes sure he takes his time with you and explains every thing and is certainly giving you the truth. Without Carlos I would have never frequent Monro Winsted ever again. Thank you Carlos as you have restored our faith. Thank you again and again!

they told me yesterday to come in today and I didnt need to set an appointment so I came in today and they told me that I needed an appointment they also told me that it would cost $15 per tire to change and I came in and they said they were going to charge me 25 per tire to change plus some extra fees I dont recommend anybody goes here maybe they might be okay for an oil change but they dont seem like they know whats going on

Worst place in the world to get your oil changed. been playing phone tag for over two weeks about getting my jeeps motor replaced. after they over filled the oil and the motor blew up. not to mention they put power stealing fluid in and never tighten the cap so it all came out. the manager is rude and is no help I highly recommend going somewhere else to get Service done on your vehicle.

Spilled oil all over the engine, then didnt say a thing. While I was there they messed up a white minivan and didnt put on the lift correctly. CARLOS THE MANAGER SHOULD DO HIS WORK INSTEAD OF HANGING OUT WITH GIRL FRIEND AND CHIT CHATTING, IF THEY ARE 3 HRS BEHIND. I WATCHED HIM SIT DOWN AT TALK FOR 20 MINS! WORST MANAGER EVER! Never will I go here again! Will be driving to Torrington

Amazing customer service. I had a broken strut and a busted tire I had no idea about. Their honesty and kindness as a first time customer will deffinitly have me come back if I have further issues with my vehicle. As someone on a continuous budget their prices are reasonable and I know im not getting screwed. I highly suggest this place.

Amazing Service for an exhaust. sounds mean. Over all best experience. was quoted $100 came out 1.5 hours later with new catback exhaust system put on I purchased earlier in the season. they really nailed it. couldnt be better..

Terribly expensive, wanted to mount 4 tires and they told me it was $30 for each tire. Thats ridiculous, I can get the whole set mounted at zellers for $20 flat.
