Unimpressed. I went to them because of all the high ratings, but didnt find them to be nearly that good. First, it was expensive. For the job I brought them, it should have been about 20-50% less, but I was in a time crunch when I dropped it off and they are right across the street from my office so I agreed to the price quoted anyways. Second, they werent timely at all. It was a small job that shouldnt have taken more than an hour. After I said that I needed it asap, the guy said that the best he could do was sometime the next day and that hed call me when the job was done. Well, he didnt call me. When I called back the next afternoon to ask about the status of the job, I was told that the job was in fact already done and that I should come by and pick it up--im not sure why I wasnt called the moment the job was done, especially since I specified how important it was. Lastly, I didnt find there to be great customer service. I dont want to point people out there because I dont want to get anyone fired, but I felt pretty neglected when I was there, repeatedly having to ask the same question just to get an answer. It seems like my experience was out of the ordinary, and that might be because I had a smaller job. They look like theyre very well set-up for bigger jobs and maybe because of that focus, they didnt place an emphasis on mine. Im fine chalking this up to an outlier experience, but Im also not going back there.

They saved me!!!! I was trying to obtain visas from the Brazilian consulate around the corner. I was in DC for one day! I needed copies of my fellow passengers drivers licenses (I had them on my phone), and I needed confirmation that we had flights in/out of Brazil. That was iffy because I had yet to make any airline reservations. Frank saved the day! It was 10:55 am and the consulate stopped issuing tickets (like DMV) at noon. While Frank was copying the licenses. I was frantically making $5200 worth of airline reservations- proof of which also needed to be printed out once I got them. They did it!!!! And they charged me 5 bucks! I told them to make it $10 because they were going to save the day! They made it $5 and I got my visa applications approved! It would not have happened without their help and I would have had to drive 400 miles round trip to come back to the consulate. They are awesome!!!!

fast and best customer service. this was my first time printing a card at any company and i tried to shop around with other printing companies but got disappointed by the rest but this company got back to me very fast and their reps were friendly and helpful. i recommend them to everyone.

LITERALLY THE BEST PRINTING COMPANY EVER. I always send them my designs at the last minute with a very tight print deadline, and they ALWAYS 100% come through. The customer service is impeccable. Bill and Frank are THE best. I definitely recommend this place to any designer.
